| Quote ="ry21"Before you start, I was referring to the post AFTER the one you refer to. I wasn't rambling but in fact trying to have a civilised conversation which, I now realise, is pointless with such a bitter and twisted person as you. The questions I meant were in fact the following ones;
• Why can he not be left for a season or so to prove what his capabilities are at Wakefield?
• Why do you feel the need to constantly look down your nose and stick the boot into everything concerned with WTWRLFC?
God you really are a horrible little person.'"
Sadly you are yet another wakey poster who feels the need to analyse my mindset rather than focus upon rugby. You appear to have little talent for either task.
Your first question is meaningless. He is doing the job and has a generous 3 year contract to boot. Why are you and others so thin skinned when agar's dreadful record at Hull is raised? Why is it anathema to you to ask why a club that wants to build for the future would appoint a coach with such a poor record.
Your need to lapse into talk of looking down the nose / sticking the boot is playground stuff. I think highly of Glover and what he is trying to do. That does not mean that I must then pretend that Agar is a good appointment or having 9 or so overseas players is good practice or that flogging Danny kirmond is good coaching. Nor will I pretend that Collis can defend or that some signings are not creaking gates.

| I'd suggest to all Wakefield fans to not reply. We all know where this is going and by replying to 'anything' in the post, you are helping the agenda. Simple do not reply and the poster will hibernate for a while before a new name arrives and then don't reply again. Simples

Lets just blow your theories and inaccuracies out of the water with some facts.
You state Collis hasnt been selected regularly by any coach from 2008 onwards......
[uIn 2010 he played 19 out of 24 fixtures,missing rounds 1&2 and then 4 -6 through injury.[/u

So after returning from injury in round 7 he was selected for every game til end of season.

Why is it meaningless? Yes the guy had a poor record at Hull and has a 'generous 3 year contract' but why does that automatically mean he shouldn't be given time to prove himself at Wakefield? And if so why?
Your need to lapse into talk of looking down the nose / sticking the boot is playground stuff.
Perhaps if you made your feelings toward's the club a little less obvious, me and other fan's wouldn't feel the need to comment?

I don't think anyone on the Wakefield site is pretending that Agar is a good appointment, many didn't/don't want him, but all are willing to give him a chance. As for the rest of the post, i don't know of anybody who has asked you to pretend anything or that condone's any of it. As for Collis, give the guy a chance. He obviously has something about him to play under the coach's he has. Maybe it's gone and he will be a waste of space but perhaps he will come good, who know's? Certainly not you or me.

You may think 104 in 9 seasons is regular. Most do not.
His total games from 2008 / 9 /10 and 11 is dreadful whichever way you need to justify it. Going from wests to the second worst team in the comp (cronulla ) is a step backwards. Playing in a team with the second worse defence in the comp would ceratinly be more comfortable for Collis.
Strange that when a new coach came on board it coincided with another collis injury and 'no games'. Credit to his agent

i have seen him in 3 games this year and his defence was poor.
A straighforward RL question: Do you think Agar utilises kirmond effectively? Looks to me that the use of interchanges re DK is poor.

104 games in 9 seasons. a dreadful record. Sorry if facts interfere with your fantasy about Collis. He is soft and can't defend. You have neither the intelligence nor integrity to face the facts.
You keep pretending he can defend
I see a few wakey fans are able to see that on the playing side Elston and Agar may well be letting down Mr Glover. A coach and many questionable players signed for 2/3 years. Commiting Mr Glover's money and tieing his hands.
Enjoy your games versus the wolves and dragons

| Is Luke George actually any good, or are his try scoring feats akin to Danny Arnold's when he was at Saints during our glory years? I can't say I've ever noticed him, the players that have always impressed me there have been Cudjoe and Lawrence and I can't say I noticed him at Wakefield much either.

Every team should have at least one player sporting a Sideshow Bob haircut. It ought to be part of the licensing criteria.

So far his defence has been excellent, as has his work rate and desire to be in the right place at the right time. In short, so far he is looking the real deal imo.

| Luke George was frustrating for Wakefield. When he played he showed glimpses of quality, but generally picked up injuries far too frequently. Last season, he was moved into the centre and looked a real threat and side struggled to get him down. I'd love to have him back, he's a try scorer and poacher and those are far too rare down at BV
