1st is pretty meaningless if you don't back it up with the GF and still plenty of Rugby to play until then. Wigan are showing now how things can change in just 2 weeks. They came out of Magic Weekend with arguably the most impressive performance and could've been on for the treble. Now they're out of the cup and the LLS hopes have taken a hit and confidence must now be low.

How have you come to that judgement? We’re 6 points ahead of them, beat them 30-12 and you can’t choose to forget magic weekend (where they got torn to shreds) because it doesn’t suit your point. They were good today, I wouldn’t go past that. Wigan were that bad that Warrington should have scored a lot more. Warrington are still a team that’s just above average, they really weren’t as impressive as some are making out.

He did say last few weeks. Yes you're 6 points ahead of them but you were 8 points ahead 10 games ago so they've done as well irecently. You dismissed Saints losses against Leeds and Wakefield.

They have done well considering the start they’ve made, no doubt about that but I think to call them the most complete team in the league is bordering on ludicrous even if he is talking about the last few weeks. They were dreadful at the Magic and just as bad for the first 40 against a Hull F.C. side who had half their team injured. For the dominance they had today as well, they looked clueless in attack for large parts. I’d say Saints, Wigan and Hull are all better than Warrington when everyone is fit.
