Anyone coming on here displaying a good knowledge of the game (regardless of their opinions) but with only a handful of posts to their name is always going to generate a degree of suspicion. Genuine newbies are generally a tad more tentative putting forward their views.

I’m not one of Jean’s creations or someone with an agenda. All I did was call Wakefield bang average (beating two of the worst teams in the league by 2 points supports that) and called Johnstone a good player but overrated at the same time (great finisher, electric pace but questionable defensively). I don’t have a problem with Wakefield, they have a decent side, a big pack and good backline but from what I’ve seen of them so far they look average. Of course, I’m happy to be proved wrong and there’s plenty of time for them to improve but against Catalans and Salford they were poor in both games. Can’t help but find the sudden love in with them slightly irritating though and clearly you don’t like people having different opinions to you.

Debate is good Jimmy, but when one of your flock just cant help himself with derogatory and sometimes libellous comments about other non French or Canadian teams in most of his posts, then its fair to say there wont be much love towards French teams.

I do feel for Catalans fans - but it's tough to sympathise with the team, when so many of your players appear to be coasting; somehow, your team has established itself as a retirement home for lazy antipods who want a couple of seasons in the sun to top up their pension. If I were you, I'd be livid.

What because some posters rate Johnstone or is it because we aren't picked to finish in the bottom 2, is that what's got you irritated. Like I said before if you think he's questionable in defense you haven't seen much of him. Picking the only mistake he made in one game doesn't make his defense questionable.

As for you're other points, what other teams have looked good in the first 3 or so games, Saints have been the only team that looks anything like atm and tbh they didn't look much better than us in France. All other teams seem to be struggling with errors and penalties, which at this stage and the weather most games have been played in is no surprise.
Anyway, we started slow last year but lost some close games and let's be honest who the hell wants to be playing champagne rugby at this stage of the season. Teams like Leeds have been doing it for years, picking up gritty wins, good wins and taking some poor loses and then peaking at the right time of the year. That's what Trinity have to learn from last year, when a silly mistake cost us a Top 4 finish and then in the next game when a top 4 was still on we got narrowly beat by Hull.

For someone who doesn't have a problem with wakefield, of the handful of posts you've made quite a few are aimed at Trinity for some reason.

That may be because there is a lot to aim at.
