Hardly a problem, to be the first it can help to have the second.

don't talk like an idiot !
it was a terrible tackle and warranted a red card, that's all. He's a decent player on his day who went over the top.End of.
Elima did a similar bad tackle on Jonny Lomax last season in Perpignan ,is he a talentless thug also ?

I agree but there is a limit and example would be Morley who is a world class prop he plays the game rough and sometimes on the limit but doesnt overstep the mark very often , i think if Ferriol can cut some of the extra nastiness in his game out he could become a really good prop.

| It was a terrible tackle, a lazy clothesline. I think the impact was unintentional and a result of him being as solid as a rock. I would take Ferriol at my club in an instant, a fantastic player.
I must admit though I didn't like the reaction from the Bradford players at all. They weren't that bothered but made a very professional attempt at looking shocked and sickened by the terrible tackle. A few of them overracting.

The same Morley who did a pretty much identical tackle and got sent off after 12 seconds against Australia?

It was the same as 25 million other tackles in the history of rugby league that havent resulted in red cards, not just ones involving grub like HKR players who need necking.

He is a very good front row, End of.
The comments regarding Morley are quite ridiculous he has been every bit as aggressive as the next decent prop over the years.

Kearns was ducking under the tackle when Morley cracked him, if he'd have stayed up right it would have hit him across his chest! plus Mozza pulled out of it and didnt hit him as hard as he could have, Kearns milked it!!!

What's the matter ? Ferriol's headshot was very, very bad. Sending him off is just the best choice IMO, isn't it ?

| Expecting at least a 3 game ban for that, it was a shocker. Worst I've seen for a long time, because IMO it was not a reaction (which Morley's and a lot of high tackles are)

Of all the props in the world you could have picked as an example of playing the game hard but fair, why did you choose Morley!... how many bans has he had over the years for high tackles?

And how many bans should he have had but has got away with because he's Adrian Morley? He could have been banned a few times for incidents in the Wire Saints game, yet they ignore them all because they could get LMS for an innocuous grapple tackle.

| Pretty well the same as the Raynor/Tomkins incident a few weeks ago.
Funnily enough, most Pies then were calling for Raynor to be exterminated (OK, and most Rhinos for him to be knighted...). Whereas for this one, I think most Bulls recognise it for what it was - very lazy and reckless, and warranting the 2-3 match ban that is the indicative sanction for when he is up before the beak tonight. But not malicious - just brainless.
Bulls fans' reactions may be a bit different if he gets off, mind.

| Tomkins was diving for a try and was hit in the head with a closed fist.
Ferriol hit a standing player with his arm.
How are they pretty much the same?

| Because neither tackle was malicious, because both victims were running at speed, because both culprits made a lazy and ill-judged attempt to stop the player, and because both players' heads were hit in the head by a player's outstretched arm.
I was watching from the Coral Stand, and so was right in front of the incident coming straight at me. One hell of a clout, and we all worried that Ferriol had broken Donaldson's neck until we saw his legs moving.
As I said, pretty well the same. Unless, maybe, you watched through cherry and white glasses?

| Raynor's incident was fine, nothing in it at all. Should have been a penalty for play acting and also a ban for Joel Tomkins for trying to intimidate the ref and the Bradford players.
Ferriol's is a one game ban.
