I would say that BBC interview this evening with Hock has brought back the cloth caps and ferrets back into our game.
It felt like some dumb player sulking after losing his place in a pub rugby team.
Not a good image for an entertaining, dynamic sport preparing for an exciting world cup.
Ill discipline by professional players and ill discipline of the "walk out" clubs is not a good advert to our game over the past 24 hours.

There was about 20 words on Hock in today with a full page dedicated to Englands union side naming their captain (the same captain as they've had for 2 years) for some games that take place in a month.
Me and the metro are through, even if it is free! I think I might gather up the full pile at the train station each morning now and throw them on the tracks (in the safest possible manner). |
