To me that looks like one big stand, a la Hunslet (but obviously much larger)

Seems strange that one stand is so advanced when there doesn't even seem to be any sort of preliminary building work on any of the others.

i get really excited at clubs getting new grounds as this can turn things around a lot

salford have had many bumps along the way but finally will get the stadium they deserve

one that will make the club a strong one in the SL

The stand that is 'up' is the larger main stand with all of the main facilities in like corporates and changing rooms etc.

you can see that the site is cleared for the work on the other stands to begin - and it also makes sense to start with the stand that a) faces Barton Bridge so people see it and start to wonder what's going up, b) is most complex and will take the longest to fit out and around which the others are to be being built, and c) I imagine this stand (as it contains all the facilities) is the one that matters most to the franchise application

It's going to have community pitches alongside. I presume it will also have facillities such as a purpose built gym etc.. for the team. Something that we don't have at present.

Yes we are also getting 2 full size training pitches with clubhouse on site abit like Leigh East at the LSV but we won't be having an amature team leasing it as such, it will be used by the Reds and other things like schools finals amature finals things like that.

Yes just like The KC, Saints new stadium, Widnes, Leigh, Cas new stadium, what are you implying mate? Don't forget this stadium wouldn't be under construction if Salford weren't playing in it, just shows how good the council backing for RL is in our city. Oh by the way Peel also paid half of he dosh for the build aswel.

I'd rather be a tennant in Super league than a ground owner in the championship. Sad but true.

drove past is yesterday, looks great bring built differently to Saints, so its strange seeing the main stand almost finished structure wise and the rest still to be done.
