| You've forgotten Sinfield.
If McNamara is still in charge expect little change to the current squad.

It's difficult to predict anything for 4 years time but a few things jump out from your squad:
Jack Hughes won't play for England. He is garbage.
Jonny Lomax isn't a scrum half and will most probably spend the next 4 years at 1 for Saints.
You have 6 three-quarters as back up which is too many.
I wouldn't rule out Roby and Graham still playing in 4 years.
Tipping somebody to play for England after 1 appearance in a meaningless game for Bradford is laughable.

If Ben Currie isn't in the starting line up for England, never mind the squad by the next World Cup, I will eat my hat. A good portion of that squad are between average and poor. And yes i assume Chris Hill slipped your mind

Naughton has the potential, but is attitude is abysmal. Judging from his interview on the reasons he left Bradford, unless he has replaced Minichellonas the Roosters number 1 full back this season, he will hop off to union stating Robinson has no idea what he's doing.
I think the only thing stopping Bateman been the starting second rower is injuries. If he gets a couple off full seasons under his belt, he will have the world at his feet. With Currie and Stevie Ward also in there, as well as plenty up and coming back rowers, we're looking strong in that position.

| It's about as likely as winning the lottery somebody picking a correct team/squad. Didn't we have 4 survivors from the 2008 World Cup in the squad this time? That means you could be looking at predicting 20 players who could come through. Some of these will still be at u19 level or even in the championship.
If you asked me to name players I think stand a chance of developing to that level in time then from Wigan I'd be throwing names in to the hat like Burgess, Hampshire and Williams from the juniors and from the lads who are in the Wigan squad currently but not the full England squad I'd give lads like Scott Taylor, John Bateman, Jack Hughes and Dom Crosby a fair crack at getting in there.

Yeah, bloody George Burgess, he didn't even make one appearance.
But I agree with the opening line, it's too difficult to tell who will still be in league let alone England quality. I'm more than sure Eastmond was nailed on for the number 7 jersey from 2009 let alone the previous WC year.

He played for Ireland in the World Cup yes. Smith wanted him to go and get some more experience in the off season. We did the same with Danny Bridge and James Mendieka. It was probably a better option than playing a one off game for the England Knights.

Fingers crossed. The hype on this lad is unreal.unfortunately never seen him play. I wouldn't be surprised to see him actually get a game or two this year, pre-season friendlies or possibly early rounds of challenge cup. Hope he lives up to his potential.

I think the rules are now that you can name two rep sides. One from the top level and a second nation and can interchange between them. this has removed the having to wait three years rule but as long as it is managed it shouldn't be an issue.
Wouldn't be an issue if England was called GB. Nobody would have any problems with a player playing for GB and a home nation.

| How the bloody hell can anyone guess the England line of four years from now?
There'll be lads in the U19s that will become England players and virtually no one will know of them now.
Best I can do is suggest a few who I know of now who could be in their prime in four years.
Lynam, Crooks, Bateman, Percival, Hampshire, Currie, Amor, Walmsley, Clarke

| Impossible to predict. However I have seen no Huddersfield players mentioned yet Cudjoe,Ferres, and Lunt will all still be the right age to be playing top level rugby and I would add to that list Joe Wardle who is a class act and still only 22.

| 6 "token" England qualified players, 7 from the NRL, and the rest from the present proven but failed again squad particularly if they well over 30.
It doesn't matter what squad, coach is put together for the next World Cup, the systems/structure of the game in this hemisphere are not conducive to creating a constant winning team.
