Going off the RFL's previous record for recognising their own ineptitude, this will be passed around 12 months after the NRL has done it.

Perhaps this is the way forward.

I remember seeing Wigan penalised for this tackle once this season, and that was Lima against Leeds.

Which wasn't actually a penalty, as Clarkson was still moving.

Urm, Lima went in on Clarkson's standing leg whilst he was being held by two other Wigan players - it was a potential leg breaker.

Hence the penalty.

It was a vicous cannonball tackle, effected as he's too slow to get into position to effect a proper ninja tackle like the rest of his teammates.

But there were no obvious cannonballs in that game. However, there was a subsequent ban for the use of a deadly ninja in the game was there not? So I'm still right, Wigan still have no morals and still employ dangerous tackling techniques designed to injure their opponents.

The dirtiest third man in the tackle I’ve come across is when Sam Tomkins went in on Kieran Cunningham’s knee. Just one of many reasons to Boo him.

The only one in danger of injury there was Tomkins if Cunningham's fat backside crushed him.

The NRL do read my posts. They hold an EGM everytime I make a suggestion on here.
