Well myn is,if the attacking team is in the 20 metre line of the opposite team they should be allowed to continue play until they step out of the 20 metre line which then they must kick the ball back to the opposite team.All in all teams have to tackle their backsides off until they drive them out of the 20 metre line.Which could make it very very interesting.Continuos play means excitement plus.

i'd have a rule meaning no new rules, leave it a bloody lone.

or put a rule in place meaning the nrl couldn't make any changes that they like, as they do without any consideration for the RLIF. Then moan about it.

Not exactly a new rule, but simplifying the knock on/involved in the tackle farce.

If you're involved, and it goes forwards off your hands then it's a knock on.

How would it work? Team kicks out wide, winger catches it passes it inside to centre who scores. Would be worth less, as would the Thomas Bosc try where he chipped over twice, and the McGuire try v Catalan 2009 and the Wide to West. All of those are much more difficult and exciting tries than a prop barging over from 2 yards out.

the idea of fumbles counting as knock ons and allowing stripping both create the same problem, it would stop the promotion of the ball for offloads or risky passes and leave the game stuck as five drives and a kick. It would be the worst idea ever.

as for rules i would bring in, 2 refs is the obvious one, right now i think the ruck is a mess and a lottery. I would also like to see an automatic 5 minutes in the sin bin for any and all high tackles.

As a couple of more drastic changes i would look at trialling just to see how it works, 20minute quarters instead of 40minute halves, and replacing the scrum with the line out

That'll make for an exiting game....
