| With regards to the last try.
Luke was tackled under the posts which meant Nu'uausala had to go into dummy-half. And it was actually the slowness of his pass that prompted Sinfield to overplay his hand on Johnson. The looping ball encouraged Sinfield to try to get to Johnson 'man-and-ball'. Because he didn't quite get there it made the step the obvious choice for the Kiwi player.
Had it been a 'normal' pass from the PTB (i.e. from Luke) I'm sure Sinfield would have moved forward then held his ground so he could react to Johnson. To sum up: Frank-Paul Nu'uausala's lack of dummy-half skills go NZ to the final!
(By the way, I'm not looking to either excuse or condemn Kevin Sinfield. Just explaining.)

| The over lap was on and we were shot Sinfield went for the winner takes all play and it didn't come off. If he made the tackle he was the hero, the needless high tackle was what lost the game. We as a nation are now in a position to kick on from here. There's clearly nothing much between the top 3 nations Let's hope we can move above the other 2 in the next few years
