Do you really think Gower would find a club in the NRL within a week of losing the captaincy?

It reads more to me that he was approached by the Knights, asked to be released early from his contract and as a result of that Rea chose Clubb as the new captain knowing Gower was on his way.

Even just listening to the muppets at Sky, they've been going on about how Gower has been linked to the NRL and asking for a release from his contract for the past couple of weeks.

cost cuting is rife at the club......we will finish last this year,last next (if we exist) and be gone by 2015 unless Hughes,McKay and Rea are all replaced soon. In fact, just get rid of all three of them and see how the clubs drift.....I assure you it would be no worse than it is at present.

Come on Jean, why not just report Rea to operation yewtree. You must have something against him!

London just seems to be rotten to the core and i think this has been coming for some time. Seems to be a combination of poor coaching (i include mcdermott in this), average Aussies and average players from the north treating it as a holiday camp. Seems they need an owner and a coach willing to lay down the law and get guys in willing to do a job. There's about 3/4 dependable players there (Clubb, Sarginson, the young winger) but they're on a hiding to nothing at the moment - if these guys up and leave for other clubs this is going to leave Broncos up a creek...

Pay attention. We lost our paddle in about 2008 and we capsised in 2010.

If he pulls on an NRL shirt before the start of the 2015 season and London haven't received a transfer fee, then it yet again shows that the club lack the business sense to stand toe to toe with the other 29 professional RL clubs on the planet!

You really like Craig Gower don't you! I mean really really like him.
