| Firstly well done to the club on finishing 3rd. Don't think even the most optimistic of fan would have predicted that 12 months ago. Let's not let that be the end of the story though.
Fair play to York. What a run they've been on. Beaten us twice. Will it be a hat-trick? They won't be more than a try in it IMO
We're looking a bit battered and bruised. Last night was a brutal game. Will either make us battle hardened for the play-offs or fatigued.
Few selection headaches for Greenwood. Segeyaro, Jowitt, Lawford definitely out (thats 3 spine players) Myers, Flanagan and Scurr all doubts.
Different feeling to the last time we were in the play-offs where there was very little excitement due to a run of wretched performanes leading to the play-offs as we slept walked in and out of them without a whimper. To go to London & Sheffield in the last two games and get the wins is some feat. There's a good feeling about the place at the moment. Let's hope for a big crowd Sunday and let's get behind the team

| Nah. 3rd time’s the charm. We know exactly what’s needed vs York.
I assume we’ve lost Scurr and Jowitt from last night but we get back Baitieri from suspension.

Even more amazing that we managed to qualify whereas a far superior side in all areas of the field over at Halifax didn't. Barely a single player would make their starting line up and yet we've ended up 3rd, I guess it helps being the RFL pets afterall.

Don't I can't get over Keighley going down when they are a far better side than us and should have finished well above us.

| Despite concerns about illness and injuries I am looking forward to this game. Hoping we manage to finally put York to the sword.
Only thing that is ruining it for me is the negativity from so of our so-called "loyal" supporters who just can't seem to help themselves and criticise...
Why haven't the club made it £10 entry / club should be rewarding us for loyalty / missed opportunity / I can get a Grand Final or Challenge Cup Final ticket for less
- Its been same price all season... get over it and decide if you want to pay or not... simples. Last time they said the same (cup game), less than a thousand people turned up!!!
I can't sit in the same 4 seats that I've had all season as a season ticket holder... now i'm going to stop coming full stop and stop buying any merch.
- Are you really just going to stop going over that? Its a cup game and has been the same for all previous cup games too.
There is probably only one person on tills like there is only one turnstile open on game day.
- Turned out to be wrong and when called out wanted photo evidence and a private message???
What are wrong with these morons that say they passionately support the club but then slag it off at every opportunity. The only ones bringing down the positive atmosphere at the moment is them. Just wish they would go do one!!!

| We've all had a reason to whinge over the past few years but now is not the time. Best season since 2015?
That's not to say we can't still have reservations about Wood but it seems quite churlish to whinge now.

| It is rather far fetched to imagine us winning the next 3 and getting to SL, but it isn't laughably ridiculous. We've come a long way so I just hope we don't do the Bradford thing of bowing out with a whimper.

| Trying to think of teams who have finished third that have gone all the way before...
In all seriousness Pumps is right. Really hope we do ourselves justice Sunday. Think losing twice to York already might be a good thing.

If we win the next two I'd be confident about winning the final but I reckon it's fanciful and we'll be out this weekend.

| I think in a strange way, this game is the pressure game. We are at home and we are the highest placed qualifier for this round so you could argue we should be favourites. However we havent beaten York this year so clearly they know how to exploit our weaknesses.
If we manage to get a win on Sunday, expectations will be a lot lower and we will be massive underdogs whoever we face and therefore it's almost a free hit.

| For me it's just good to be seeing the side contest these games and have a strong finish to the season after so much inconsistency.
York's pack has had the beating of us in the past and they play a very effective simple game that is almost mistake free. Their service from DH is exemplary so we need to slow that down and disrupt it while staying on the right side of the ref. Their kicking game is varied and accurate so we need those "effort plays" to pressure their kicker on every set. If we do win it'll take a really committed and consistent 80min performance. We don't have the individual flair to win it - we need to produce a real team performance.

| If York approach the game with a complacency due to previous wins the Bulls may get a chance to play on, though I don't think Eamon O’Carroll is planning for life in SL next season but for the one in 2025 at the earliest!

Rogers, Doro, Lawrence, Okoro & Matongo all included in the 21 man squad.
Scurr missing is a massive loss.

| Yeah I couldn't get my head around selecting only 3 last time unless there was a late injury.
Without Scurr we need all four props to really put a shift in and Blackmore and Taufua to put in plenty of tough carries too. We can't rely on Ebon being the only man to get us over the advantage line now (he was the only one doing it consistently at the last game against York).

| I'd go for the following:
1: Holmes
2: Blackmore
3: Arundel
4: Gill
5: Taufua
6: Gaskell
7: Lilley
8: Matongo
9: GFS
10: Lawrence
11: England
12: Butler
13 Baitieri
14: Tindall
15: Rogers
16: Doro
17: Appo
We have players back who didn't play the other week against them and Scurr is a HUGE blow, but we need those 4 props. Also, if Tindall hasn't partied too hard in Barcelona, I would much rather he come on instead of Wynne at Fullback and move Holmes up to Hooker when GFS comes off. I think Tindall offers a lot more than Wynne.
