With the fixtures a week away from being released who would you like to see up first to kick start our season.

I for one want Keighley away, to mirror our first season in the Championship where we played Leigh away. It will be the biggest away game of the season for me. Big crowd whilst both sets of fans are excited about the upcoming season. Hopefully a good game, win, get it out of the way.

Failing that, I'd like York at home. So then our away game against them will be later in the year when hopefully the sun will be out so I can make a day of it in York haha!

This is my very humble opinion if we had won that said Leigh game we would have been promoted that year, as the confidence built from it would have been priceless,

Keighley at Odsal would be better

I called it months ago - Keighley away in the first game. Either that or Keighley at home on Good Friday. Possibly both (although that would put the games close together)

Someone on another thread suggested Newcastle away on the Friday of Magic Weekend, and London Skolars away on the eve of the Cup Final. They are great shouts - the RFL won't miss any opportunity to milk the long-suffering Bulls fans.

Absolutely spot-on. We'll have a tough fixture first up. York away is my guess (I thought Keighley away but reckon this will be over Easter)

Will be worth going to Keighley just to listen to some of the schadenfreude songs the delirious locals will hopefully have dreamed up

I'll certainly go to the Bradford games home and away if they happen, but only because I waited for years for us to play each other in the league again.

TBH both clubs are now hamstrung by the fact that they're shackled to dilapidated grounds with no prospects of funds coming in to address the issues, and the fact that the game is stagnating outside the upper levels.

I'm not sure what sort of future there is for either club in all honesty.

I have to agree with AJ. But as worrying is the future of Rugby League as the RFL don't seem to be developing the game at all. Quite the reverse in fact.
