He's a damnably good player, the sort that makes RL such a great game to watch, but if he was available only in Waitrose and we're shopping at Lidl then he's not for us.....sadly!

He played well. He's exactly what we haven't got at the moment. Acton and Hopkins also played from Leigh, all 3 played very well and very physical and rotated well. Toulouse were very strong and fast with the ball, I was surprised how well Sheffield played.

Burr didn't score. Leigh put up a story about Sam Hopkins scoring his 50th career try for Sheffield at the weekend, and that it was incorrectly credited at the time and in the media to Lachlan Burr. Apparently the mud made it difficult for everyone to tell who actually scored it.

I was stood quite a distance away and I thought it was Burr that scored, but yes it was very muddy so it might even of been Menzie Yere ha

Just a word on Toulouse, first time I saw them play last night, they are very similar to Catalans in the sense they are very physical but give a few penalties away for been too physical sometimes

Not surprising considering Wakey had just played on the pitch beforehand in those conditions. I wouldn't want to be the groundsman at Belle Vue!
