Which away days are you looking forward to in our year in the Championship?

One of the West Yorkshire derbies like Dewsbury, Batley or Hunslet? One of the Lancashire clubs like Leigh or Halifax? One of the Cumbrian outposts like Workington, Whitehaven or Featherstone?

All of them!! Counting down to the kickoff in February....

I'm particularly looming forward to our jaunt to Italy, for our match against the roman side Jorvik, it'll certainly make a change from France.

I quite fancy a weekend break on the Cumbrian coast to coincide with Workington or Whitehaven games.

When did Halifax become a Lancastrian outpost or is this a jipe at your near neighbours.

Since the doomsday book? No idea pal I'm not an historian.

It is dead exciting though. I mean apart from making the sort trip across the Pennines for a cup match at Halifax a couple of years ago and some preseason friendlies against Dewsbury we've never played any of these teams. Definitely not in the league anyway so should be good a journey into the unknown for a year.

I do like a dip in the sea near Sellafield. And so does my other head.

One of the most unfair things about this new era is unleashing MacBB on an unsuspecting new forum.

MacBBs form is excellent at present. With FA also firing on all cylinders we'll have our fun.

I do my best make light of many heavy theories , even laugh at myself , im busy at the moment organising a Boxing Event for Leigh Centurions , this Saturday , but WILL return very soon .Charlie knows .

Booked into Keswick for two nights from 8th May.. Jaunt up Blencathra on the Saturday, plenty of beer and food on the Friday & Saturday nights...

Sunday - game day - only possibly beaten by the weekend we had in Perpignan!

That's it, we need more of an imperious attitude otherwise the various threads on our 'arrogance' will continue to be baseless.

I didn't say it was near Workington. Cumbria is a big county.

Must say I'm getting sick of having to scroll all the way down here. Surely for the time we'll be in the championship it would have been easier for all concerned including the Admin to leave us in the Superleague section???
