At the moment unless things change there isn't going to be any available sponsorship of any academy players, just the A/B/C/fringe categories, by way of a standard sponsorship package, effectively of someone in the first team squad, starting from £600 + VAT.

Obviously this would be a departure for RAB, if you want to have a look at the flyer this is it
but basically it is I think aimed at being attractive to a corporate sponsor.

Can I take a straw poll, anyone potentially wanting to contribute the regulation £20, please just post A or B as follows:

A: to indicate if you would want to sponsor a first team player or academy

B: if you are not interested in sponsoring a first team player, but WOULD chip in if the club offered academy sponsorship

If we can only sponsor a player from the first team we'd only need 40 people to chip in. I'm sure we managed to get around that number last season?

Yeah we did get 30 or so for the academy but how would it work with the player shirts and appearances? If the RAB sponsor a player.

Shirts I suppose we could just do like a draw. Or maybe a comp of some sort. Obviously appearances doesn't work.
