| Not sure if this has being mentioned somewhere. Just re-watched the match when I got home. Eddie said that in the last 24 hours Lulia's NRL offer has being withdrawn and he might end up staying.
Interesting if true, get him on a bit better deal seen as he's here, settled in and lost his other option.

| Keith has been off the boil, but while theer may be reasons for that, he has steadily regained some form, and one thing he has that most backs haven't is that thing called class. When he was on good form, that run and the imperious hand-off are something to see

| I agree with you, but as you say the form is returning. But he defence is also good, I think we would really miss that

| Others on other threads have mentioned Scrutons hit on O'Meley. I thought Lulia's ball and all tackle was in the same league . I would love to see him stay as I think he is in the top 5 centres in SL. Watching the NRL on Premier Sports leads me to believe there are probably at least 20 top class centres in that competition and that may explain why his skills are not as much in demand Australia as they are here.
Brian McD is a pretty good judge -- remember he tried to sign Keith before Moon.

No he tried to sign Moon, failed and the went for Keith, Bradford would not sell so we moved bak with a better offer for Moon, so Brian got his man, far better player in my opinion than Keith but I don't see Keith every week, has looked very average with the ball in hand this season but his defence has improved,

Keith has had a less good season than last year. Not that that is particularly unusual, in as much as he earned many plaudits for his attacking play last season, and as is often the case when a new player makes his mark he doesn't seem as effective the second time around, mainly because the opposition 'mark his card' and are better prepared. The really good ones overcome that and kick on the following season, and personally, I hope Keith sticks around to do so.
Incidentally I disagree about his defence. I thought he defended well last season and has done so again, even in a mis-firing team with far too many personnel changes to be comfortable with, his personal defence, in the main, has been OK for me.

| I hope Keith stays. We will not find a better centre than him and I think he is playing better now than he was at the start of the season. His fend is top class, and he has also shored up our left side defence.

Defence has improved?
He never had a problem with his defence.
He's not been at his best this season, but to call Moon a 'far better' player is ridiculous IMO when you look at their stats and also take into account the side they are playing in.

| Just looked on the wests forum and there's no mention of the offer being revoked. Done deal as far as they are concerned. Bizarre.

| Just watching the coverage back. Do you think Eddie got his facts wrong and was actually thinking about Heath L'Estrange? Last part of this article sounds a lot like what he said in the sky coverage:

| He seemed to emphasise that it was 'in the last 24 hours' so who knows. Time will tell, maybe a question for the forum.

Maybe so, though I wouldn't really expect the club to comment, or even have a position on, on contract talks, particularly if it's other clubs who are signing players.

| Ross Heppenstall has re-tweeted a post on Twitter by what I presume is Keith's agent (?).
It confirms he is definitely going to Wests Tigers on a two year deal.
Damn you Mick Potter!

| Good luck to him. Deserves another crack at the NRL. He's certainly good enough, and I don't blame him for going after the birth of his first child.

Agreed, I do worry that we'll lose Heath for the same reason, but there's always hope we won't!
