I think who ever in charge of the group on Facebook calling themselves - "Bradford Bulls Fans" need to get a grip and stop throwing acusations about cracks appearing and mentioning ex employees.

Robbie Paul has been brought in to do a job. There is not going to be loads of people doing the same job.

No one knows only the HR dept at Bradford whats going on. There could be a number of reaasons why people have been made redundant. Sickness, no job to do, Poor attendance,

Im not suggesting for one minute i know why people have been made redundant, Its not nice and has happened to me in the past but i am annoyed that people are calling the owner this and thay without knowing the full facts.

Stop ranting on about this and that.... If you want to know why things have happened. As Omar Khan directly to his face and he will tell you. He has always been open & Honest and asked any questions when asked.

Get on with supporting the Club that we nearly didnt have to support. He was the only one willing to put his money in. where have the 5,000 missing fans gone. there not helpibng staying away.

If I was the one putting the money in to stop the club going bust. I would do things my own way and decide who stays and goes. Seen as I would be the ones paying the wages. Omar is doing what he thinks is best in my eyes.

I agree with the tone of that, to be fair, and it's a pity when fans only want to pass on malicious gossip and only seem to be happy when there is 'muck spreading' to be done.

One or two points, though. You can't be made 'redundant' for sickness or poor attendance. They are matters which may be subject to dismissal eing sacked or other sanction, but not redundancy. Technically, it isn't people who become redundant, it is the job, so if the job has gone the employee may well be 'made redundant'. That said, employers in general can and do play fast and loose with terminology to justify 'redundancies', though I'm not suggesting even slightly that this is the case here. I have assumed it was all about the former shop manager, btw.

I don't really think there are 5k missing fans. That figure is derived from the difference between the old, cut-price season ticket figure and the current, full-price one. I think we all know the old figure was inflated by people who bought a season ticket and only used it, maybe five times, simply because it was a financially viable thing to do under the pricing structure. I think we all also know that the attendance figures issued [which included all ST holders as being present were a gross inflation of the number of [iactual[/i attendees.

Many of the 'lost' 5k will still be attending, just as they did previously, but are now only showing up on the gate figure when actually there.

I would be rather more worried if the "missing 5000" was not referring to gates in earlier seasons but to the shortfall in current gates to the breakeven position?

It is the good old catch 22 - if you have bouyant gates you could afford big signings and you would hope better results

Wasn't one of first things new admin put in place was online ticketing ( iirc managed by an external company?). It didn't come online on website until mid season but now it's up and running it could be case that there is genuinely less staffing needed in ticket office. Maybe an increase in workload when season tickets are due but they could bring a temp in then to assist rather than employ someone year round. Taking emotion out of it, Seems to me a sign that were now being run as a business and reducing costs where possible.

The Bulls needs to be run as a business in order to make and generate money to improve the team. The Directors are putting up the money for us to be able to spend the maximum cap. How franny wants to spend it is up to him.

Sorry but where is this facebook page? All I can see is a couple of blokes mention a woman's been sacked on one page and Jay Willey's called the police because someone's upset her again on another. Are we tilting at windmills here?

If there is such a FB group and it's full of like-minded moaning minnies then for me, that's great, it's a totally obscure little box somewhere where a handful of malcontents with issues can vent and whinge amongst themselves, so hopefully they rarely feel the need to come out of their box. Win win so far as I'm concerned.

Without knowing all the facts, you can't say the Bulls have done wrong, likewise you can't say they are squeaky clean.

I don't think anyone apart from the parties involved can have much of a say as they (we) don't know what's gone on.

They have had a restructure. Robbie Paul has done some of his work and found that there is no need for middle managment.

Results is they have been made redundant.

I would expect more to come seen as Robbie is still doing his assesments and has been given full control of the club off of the field. Expect others to be departing soon.

Its a shame because Angie looked pretty good in a pair of heels and nice dress.

There were in fact five other bids to buy the Club, which was narrowed down to three. I believe one of the was Bradford City FC. So when you say he was the only one who wanted to save the Club he actually wasn't. He is the only one you all knew about because he had help getting it.

And he was the only one who came through and showed the cash.

The others were not interested in saving the Club apart from Bradford City. City. Were interested in ensuring the team survived. For this we have to thank Julian Rhodes. He has done more for Sprt in this city than Ken Morrison ever has.

I know Morrisons supports plenty of jobs but you will see a lot of the morrisons staff at head office are loosing thier jobs now and the jobs are going to India.

Even Red Ken wouldnt let that happen if he was in still in charge.... " British jobs for British People."

Ultimately the decision was made by the RFL/SL as they made it clear they wouldn't work with anyone they didn't approve of, and whilst I'm definitely not casting aspersions in any direction, I think it's fair to say that a rotting carcass attracts all kinds of parasites looking to their own ends.

The RFL had meetings with various applicants they thought might have been suitable and finally decided the OK Bulls offer was the best. To be honest my own view of the City bid was that they were looking to their own best interests and wanting to move the Bulls to VP in order to reduce their own rent. I don't feel anything bad about them for this, they have to do what is best for their club, and but for the OK bid it may well have been the best offer on the table.
