Who (apart from you, but then you're senile so have an excuse) can ever forget the greatest scrum-half evasion try ever scored in international rugby, by the peerless Deacs against New Zealand? So untouchable was he that they had no choice but to resort to foul play to remove him from the game.
The OP should look at a fe vids of players like Deacs and (if you can find one) Barry Seabourne, to see that it is more about quickness of thought than of feet, you can more than make up for lack of blinding pace by one killer pass. You just play scrum half in a way to suit your particular skills.
Oh, and learning to kick helps. A lot.
