The wifes picked up a receipt from my first credit card payment for my season ticket. She thinks I've been and stayed at a hotel as it has EPIC HOTELS on it!
I am now getting all sorts of questions and accusations thrown at me and she is still suspicious about my innocent explanation.
Some confirmation from some of you guys will allow me some peace and quiet.

Well, to help provide some peace in your domestic situation, at the first fans forum under OK the question about the card payment receipts did come up.

The reason given was that the club under the new owners couldn't get a bank account, so the payments were taken under the hotel, which OK also owns, in order for the club to be able to take payments.

OK did say that he was talking to Barclays about getting the club an account to process card payments in the future. If that's setup yet or not I can't say.

Spend a night at an Epic Hotel for whatever clandestine reason of your own.
Tell your wife/girlfriend/partner/employer that it was spent as a donation to the Bulls.

If you are into extra-relationship affairs you will already be sly and devious and know to top up the hotel bill with a tip so that the credit card charge is a factor of £10.

we were billed to the lister hotel. went on webite to find out that fawlty towers does actually excist. the reviews from the guests are like the scriprt from the programme.

just a thought if money is being charged to different places i hope the accounting systems are robust.
