A company is to produce diecast models of the Stobart Super League Trucks.
I've put some details on the League Marketplace part of the RLFANS site including prices.

Forgive me for wondering how this Stobart sponsering thing with the RFL works.
How much money have Stobart put into the RFL and how many wagons carry the RFL logo

Up to the game against London the only one i had seen was the Heath truck at Odsal before kick off against the Saints on Sky but on the way home from London we saw 3...



Unfortunately they were the Saints, Wolves and Leeds trucks

aye id never even seen one till returning from london and it was the bloody leeds one

I travel to Cheshire every Tuesday with work and have been keeping an eye on the trucks.

In 5 visits i have seen 6 trucks;

I was slating the deal 2 months back, but I've seen my fair share in the last month. (Still a crap deal mind you!)

Getting one cheap from a bloke in the pub. Apparently it fell off the back ............. Nah even I can't resort to that depth.

I saw a Widnes one up in Kendal over the weekend

Did 900 miles driving this Bank Hol weekend (Cornwall - Cleckheaton - bit of driving around whilst up there - and return)

I saw . . . . . NO Stobart SL trucks

I'm up and down the motorway all the time, I've seen about 3 (one of them was at odsal)

In the first week I saw about three. All of them turning onto Thornton Road by the Odeon.

Not seen one since.

I do a lot of driving around west and north yorkshire, and see a Stobart truck almost daily, but I've only seen a SL branded one twice, on the same section of the A1 near Weatherby, months ago. I'd assumed at the time of the deal all the fleet would have some reference to SL, clearly not. Its a good deal for Stobart....

I've seen the Bulls one no fewer than five times and the Cas one once. My advice for any Stobart geeks trying to tick off the Bradford one would be to hang around the A1 at Scotch Corner. Or find a girlfriend.

Werent clubs allowed some say on the area their truck would be based or on which route they would like on , sure i remember something along those lines ?
I'd say i drive alot, and alot of the time on m62/m1 and so far i've seen two. Leeds on rooley lane outside asda and warrington on flaming tong street

I've seen the Leeds, Bulls (both on the 606), Cas & Wakey (both on the M1) ones. As well as the one with the Captains on.(M62) And I only go on motorways to get to the away matches really.

Zero cash was exchanged. Contra deal with Stobart providing livery to RFL member SL clubs on an eighth of their vehicles.

As a sport we should be commanding a 7 figure cash amount for headline sponsorship of our flagship competition.

At the height of the recession Aviva paid the RFU £20m, for a 4 year deal, to sponsor the premier comp.

And that my friends identifies the present management at the RFL as being absolutely shambolic. Had they approached an outdoor media specialist to brand a range of Stobart trucks seperately prior to the deal it would have cost them around 200k a year.

Worst sports sponsorship deal ever.

I saw the Stobart Horse box the other week.

I very much doubt whether the true figure's one in eight. Anyone here observed a ratio anything like this?

when deal was announced it said 100 lorries would have superleague branding out of a total stobart fleet of 2000 so 5%.

Peter Hood voted in favour of the Stobart deal.

Mick I would question the business acumen of any CEO who voted in favour of it. They should conversely have been furious at the mere suggestion, as I believe Hetherington was.
