love to have his talent at the bulls but it takes a special kind of coach to get the best out of players like gleeson and i dont think mick potter is that coach .

Too many off field issues to take the risk IMO.

The contract would have to reflect that risk. But if we're considering risk it has to be pointed out that we've finished 9th, 10th and 10th and find it difficult to compete with the 'salary' packages offered by other clubs.

That would be key I reckon. A performance and appearance related contract would alleviate most of the risk to the club.

A back line of Ainscough, Gleeson, Lulia, Purtell would be a significant improvement on what we have had in recent years.

Henry Fa'afili was top scorer in the league when Gleeson played for us so that's the proof.

He was pretty good at avoiding getting caught in possession and offloading the goods before he got brought down.

It feels like a role reversal, this is the position we were in a few years back. I remember us taking a risk on Chris Bridge and being assured by Bradford fans that he was a troublemaker and would come with baggage.
