Not really seen too much of him. Looks like he's a first team regular which makes a change. Got his own Facebook fan club ha ha. Probably set up by his mum.

Would be a good signing IMO.

He's only 26 so should be hitting his peak. I hope Potter play him as a centre, or a winger, not chopping and changing.

Just finished watching this morning Nrl game and he got two try's looked good better than what we have.

Agree and he'll be a great addition to the side.

I think he is decent. He gets a lot of stick from Penrith fans but I think a lot of the time he is made a scapegoat for their whole team being .

Does have a mistake in him, but if he can cut that out, will be a very good player in superleague.

If this is the Aussie 3/4 Conner said we were after then it's a good signing. He's at the age where he should be hitting his best years and he's averaged just under a try every other game

dont know much about him tbh. A quick look at penrith forum isnt that encouraging. he seems to be pretty universally slated. whether its a case of him being made scapegoat for others is hard to tell. A search on a well known video site for 'adrian purtell errors' shows some of his play.

That said he isnt a fringe player and is holding down a starting NRL spot so he must have something about him. maybe a change of club is what he needs as from what I can tell he looked promising earlier in his career. most of comments are that he is more suited to wing than .

Don't know anything about him though so we'll just have to wait and see.

Thing is he could just be penrith fans current scapegoat. Hard to tell based on one thread. likewise with the video of his errors. If you put together a video specifically showing errors then I'd guess you could make any player look bad. Will reserve judgement until I've seen him play a few times assuming he is the signing.

The scapegoat is usually a player who isn't performing. We've had a few scapegoat at the bulls but It's usually someone the fans want to see the back of for a reason. That said, of all the scapegoats at Bradford, nobodies ever gone to the trouble of making a YouTube video of their errors. Must be really loved there.

The errors aren't that bad. He's not got the bounce of the ball that's for sure.

Players are usually a scapegoat for a reason mind. That said, he must be better than a lot of the others available in the NRL as he seems to be playing week in week out.
