I can't see what Noble can do that's any different from what Potter is doing. He can't stop players under performing or stop players getting injured.

As for injuries, yeah they are bad luck but they have really affected what we are doing on the pitch

Faced with such evidence, I find that I must agree too that it's all Potter's fault. Or Voldermort's. But since I haven't noticed him at Odsal, I'll go with Potter.

What would a change in manager do in all fairness, still the same inept players in the squad, i would like to see how Potter copes with coaching somebody with real skill and quality than the likes of Sibbit and (jumping on the bandwagon) Herbert.

It's because simpletons can't actually see beyond sacking the coach. They have no actual clue as to how things work so just repeat the same idiotic mantra "sack the coach" despite the fact that that tactic never solves the underlying problems at a club.

The club has been going down hill for 4 years. They've attempted to stem that tide, however there's no quick fix.

There's also the fact of who would you replace Potter with? Because I think you'll come up with a similar answer to "Who can Potter sign at the moment to improve the team?"

The season has not gone Pearshaped yet like it did after a reasonable start last season, but it is going through a sucking lemons period "at this moment in time!"

Kneejerk coach sacking is another thing on the list of things not to emulate from football.

We have decent players and a proven coach but no on field vocal leadership and no confidence left.

You seriously dont get my point, all im saying is in football if a player is under performing then they get a kick up the back side, and to be honest 75% of our team needs a kick up there ! and that is what potters job is.

You could flog and crucify that team and guaranteed the team that steps out would show a minor improvement. Without half-backs any team would suffer to show any attacking flair and drive.

He would be able to do that if it wasn't for the injuries we've had. He can't exactly drop someone and say "sort it out" can he? We don't have the numbers now.
