I can't see where the next win will come from and am seriously depressed with it all.

We won't do anything. It's too late in the season to sack a coach who will be leaving in 3 months.

The only option I see is for us to blood a few more academy players next week.

I don't understand why Southernwood has been dropped. Is he injured? If not, why do we insist on playing a centre at scrum half when we have a scrum half kicking his heels on the sidelines?

Not injured. He played in the U20's game today.

Sykesy in the halves is just not working. Its time to stop playing him there now. His passing is pretty terrible. How much ball do we put down on the back of awful passes? (not just from Sykesy). Southernwood should be brought back in surely. The backs just dont seem to be getting any ball, hardly heard Platt, Nero, Sheriffe or Halleys name mentioned today. Bring Kearney back to 6 at least things seem to happen when he gets ball in hand. He needs a bit more influence on the game.

Cry and shake you head in disbelief and disappointment. Then a few days later, get over it and look forward to the next game. Repeat.

Paul Sykes for all his efforts is not a stand off in my opinion. His passing lets him down far too often and he often ignores much better options outside of him. The reality is our coach originally signed a full back to play stand off and then soon realised that his best position for him was at full back! We have then reverted to playing a centre at stand off instead.
Even accepting the limited budget that I no we have Steve got the balance of the squad all wrong and where now left with a side that looks like the end of the season cant be soon enough.

The season is fubar.

We've a coach that plays players out of position despite the fact we have actual players for those positions in the u20's or the fact that the players he is picking in those spots are not playing well.

We look lost on the field. We don't seem to have any game plan. Our tactics, if they can be called that, and interchanges seem to be a fixed plan with no space to deviate regardless of how the team performs or what the opposition is doing.

I feel sorry for whoever takes over. The rebuilding that McNamara is meant to have been doing seems to have fallen very short of what is needed or expected by the fans or club.

8 losses in a row. If you're happy with this Steve, or you feel it's fine to try and palm the fans off with excuses and go on about how there's still games to play then you're a bigger fool that you make the Bulls' fans look with your team (and it IS your team, the buck stops with you) and their poor performances.

The players don't play for each other. There seems to be no-one on the field who's able to lead the team or organise the attack or defence. Which to me seems odd as we've got players who can lead and have more than enough experience to compete.

Pray for the day McNamara walks out of Odsal for the last time, thats what we do now!!!

The 4th of September 2010 cannot come soon enough for me. The end of a very sad and sorry chapter in our once illustrious club's history comes on that day.

The only thing left for me this season is watching the juniors come into the team and hoping the youngsters learn from the exposure and we get to reap some benefit in the future from the extended runs in the 1st team of the likes of Addy, Whitehead, Crossley, Donaldson et al.

And what I'm going to do now is finish my beer and forget about the Bulls for a while.

?! He was poor last season, the teams performances made him look gd! dont start me on his passing.....macnamara is either thick or useless (im going for the latter) Why did he not get a standoff in the off season

I think it's unfair to blame Steve, he didn't really have a clue last year, so how can we expect him to do any better this year when he has another job to focus on.

I'm fed up... I can no longer seem to watch my team play with pride, I have the money to get tickets for next weeks home game but for the first time questioning if I should go or not. It now seems like if we won against Salford next week it would be a shock result

My fear is that if we won against Salford, some supporters will think we're finally turning our season around and we might make the play offs.

Anyone still backing the England Coach?
He's one of the worst coaches at Super League level for a long time. God help our national side when Super Mac starts full time.

TBH I don't count end of season internationals as important. Simply because we don't have the quality of players required to compete at that level with Aus and NZ. We're 3rd in the world and will likely stay that way as things stand.

So with that in mind I really don't think it matters who's the England coach

As a Quins fan who has been through the mill over the last 12 months I must say the Bulls were dreadful last night. You really weren't in it-and to think the Quins who at full strength are poor had Purdham, Randall, Howell, Temata(possibly our 4 most consistent performers) missing.

Amongst other things I’m so frustrated, angry, hurt, depressed at our teams performance in the past weeks they are the result of a line of poor decisions from a lot of people. Why select poor players and not play somebody on form even if they are fresh blood so to speak, why select a player and sit him on the bench for the whole game, why play a les than 100% that now could be out for the rest of the season, why substitute good performing players during a game for underperforming one’s Why oh Why!!!
I did say at the start of the season that if we kept SM we would not improve on last years position I wish I had been wrong even though we still have a few games left and I find it difficult to see us getting a decent win over anybody!!!!

We're starting to resemble Halifax in their last desperate 2 seasons in Superleague. No money, a spineless and impotent board, worsening playing and coaching resources, no direction and no Freaking idea!

Only, I don't buy into the "no money" sketch.

Playing salaries are clearly paid, even top end ones to the likes of Orford. I would venture he is paid as much as any other player in SL. What is abundantly clear is that those resources for players may not have been directed in the right way. It is the quality of squad and bit part players that often determine the highly successful sides from the poor ones.

Similarly the club have a raft of paid staff, quite what the quality of those are is also open to comment.

It is all to easy to say "we have no money", it is even easier to do something about it. If the problem is clear, then it clearly needs to be addressed.
