I'm so pleased to hear this both for Ryan and for the Club.

Ryan has always been there and made time to meet whenever we have needed to talk to him and supported without question the RLDSA and the Bulls Wheelchair RL Team so the Club's in safe hands.

Congratulations Ryan and all the very best for the future.

Oh this is so well deserved for Ryan, and must be a good move for the club. From my dealings with him over a number of years now, he's always come across to me as a thoroughly pleasant, decent, clearly capable, very approachable (as Gill says) and very honest guy - with the club's interests totally at heart.

IMO, the club is fortunate to have the loyalty and commitment of Ryan and the Duffster and others on the team. They believe it's worth supporting and fighting for, and it's their livelihoods, so maybe there is a wider message there?

(I hope he gets some more £££ out of this though, and not just yet more work!)

Lest those that dont know him think that the above might be overly effusive, I'll agree with all of it.
Long overdue in my opinion as he's been effectively CEO for ages. His association and commitment to the Bulls goes way back. Stuck with us in lean times, the right guy personally and professionally to take us forward.

What happens when Otley RUFC hit the big time? Is Duckster the flying winger gonna stick around as CEO when Otley are playing Leicester and Bath every week? No of course not.

This is yet another poor choice by the club. Etc etc.....

Not going to happen, despite a courageous 22-20 victory yesterday (with 3 yellow cards against them) they are barely keeping afloat in div 2. Also required a bit of membership cash to keep afloat in the last offseason

Just wanted to add my congratulations to Ryan - thoroughly nice guy and very well deserved.

still remember the first time i came across Ryan, it was a academy game and he conceded a try because he let the ball bounce. And me being the quiet sort of person shouted out " Oy Duckett first rule of rugby league, dont let the ball bounce" to which he acknowledged on the field. Then when we met through BISA i have always found Ryan to be a pleasant friendly and dedicated to the bulls sort of person. Bulls have made a brilliant choice and Good luck Ryan in your new role Alan
