Just been reading on the bbc board that Danny Washbrook is a '' Hot Rumour'' as he classes it, to be at Bradford next season. On another thread a Hull fan says that Washbrook is leaving at the end of the season. He can play 6 or 13, he seemed to be a good player for Hull a couple of seasons ago, do you reckon he'd be worth signing.

He can play second row so I expect he's nailed on!

I thought he would be a really good player when I first saw him though, as it turns out though he hasn't developed, he always seems really chubby and not very mobile.

I'd be dissapointed, Tommy Lee is a much better player.

Incidentally, Washbrook would be a better 6 than Sykes.

He may not be a world class player, but if Sykes is intended to be our first choice Stand Off next year, Washbrook is an improvement.

He is a decent enough player, but I'm still not excited if he is going to be our first choice half back.

Washy is still contracted to hull fc and will NOT BE SIGNING FOR YOU, however a certain geordie scrum half is rumoured to be.

That same Geordie scrum half who the club have come out and actually denied. The ONLY player I've seen them do that for this year.

You went a long way round if you crossed the Humber.

He would be a terrific signing for you if your intention was to play him at 13. He's a captain in the making and only injuries have prevented him cementing his place as our first choice 13.

Can not see him leaving Hull.
