Got to admit it`s a novel idea, but normally don`t you have to show you`ve attended league games to get a ticket for the final??

Is this game a Saturday or a Sunday? I thought it was saturday but everywhere else says Sunday, which is confusing as Saturday games are usually on sky.

You're right in that the televised games are usually Fri and Sat, but every so often they televise a game on Sunday evening instead.

It's usually when the footy season is on.

But yeah. it's definitely sunday evening this week.

It's on sunday, and we have a pretty good chance of winning if we play like last week's first half but Huddersfield are a lot better not but will be a tough game Hopefully our key players stand up to the plate again this week.

They're on general sale at the Giants now and anyone can buy them, think the club are doing a great job marketing the Giants in Hudds, and now having the media spotlight this week is certainly helping.

It's almost certainly our last chance to beat a good side this year and gain a 'shock' win. Salford/Catlans/Hull are all games that we will probably be favourites to win.

The only way we could have salvaged this year was by scrambling into the play offs and causing a few upsets. That chance is all but gone so bringing the Giants back down a peg or two would be the next best thing now.

The sugar daddy is fully understood Adey and is obviously all part of the mix as to why they`ve improved but we can`t deny that they have improved.

We used to be superb in the backroom department and I know you can`t just keep doing the same old things over and over again but we do seem to have lost our way a little bit, `course it`s always easier when the team is doing well and when you haven`t done all that much previously because everything is thought of as `new` and `inventive`.

Leaving aside the coaching staff, I'm unsure to what extent this may affect anything on-field but I feel sure there must be some knock-on effect.

I recall when Sprogger returned to Widnes, he was shocked at things (like laundry) that players were expected to look after for themselves that at Bulls he said the club did. I wonder if he'd still be able to say that now (and I don't know the answer - the likes of Red may).

But ATEOTD none of that is to detract from what for Hudds has been an outstanding season on the park this year. You can't deny that they have been anything other than excellent?
