Not that one ever wishes injury on people, but if this means that Newton has made his last appearance in a Bulls shirt then I won't be sad given his poor performances lately
This gives opportunity for Godwin to have a run of games as the starting hooker, presumably he will be playing 60-70 minutes each game, and will give us a chance to see how he does
It'll also be interesting to see who he is spelled with. Will we see Horton get a run, or will McNamara make do with people playing out of position in the hooking role?

I think that will depend on whether BJ is back or not. If he is, I suspect Deacon will get a bit of time at 9 to give Godwin the rest. |

I'd never wish injury on anyone but Newtn hasn't been putting much effort in they were others but he has been a good signing and good luck to him at Wakefield and Godwin has been doing really well, let him finish off the season and let's hope l'estrange is as good as they say he is.

I doubt he'll get too much sympathy from many quarters.
But he's outstanding on his day and I won't forget his 4 tries in the home defeat of Hull two years ago. Class player when he wants to be.
