I know Macca was going to have a change around, but if he wasn't injured then surley our most consistent and dangerous(both words used lightly) shouldn't have been on the recieving end of the chop.

Jeffries and Tadulala being left out is an odd call.

Out of our two half backs, I'm not sure BJ would be the one I'd drop.

And Semi has been our biggest threat all year, so good move leaving him out.

Still I'm sure Macca knows what he is doing.....

BJ or Tadulala shouldn't have been dropped -i'm not saying they definitely were-, Burgess doesn't look unfit and had an okay game. Not sure what to make of it tbh. Donno had a cracker today, he's got to be one of our top prioritys for retention.

Bj is injured.he has been carrying the injury for a while and the extra weight of Deacon every week certainly wouldn't have helped.

Not sure of any of you know but the league express is reporting jeffries as leaving and thorman as a possible replacement.
It quotes jeffries as saying he's not agreed anything with bradford and he at this moment expects to leave and has been strongly linked to celtic!!
As a side note morrison is expected to be back and is hoping for a player/coach role in his next contract.

The article in LW states

"and is understood to be being considered as half back cover by the Bulls, who appear likely to lose Ben Jeffries to Celtic Crusaders".

That suggests to me we have another half lined up and any deal for Thorman would be as cover not a starting position

I wouldn't be too disppointed by that.

It's got to be another 6 though, we won't get rid of Deacon.

Unless Deacon decides his body isn't up to it, I'd imagine he will still be there next year.

If Jeffries is still injured V Celtic then I really would be tempted to go
