Is it possible to offer him a sort of player/coach contract? We get his experience in the backroom and then if he's fit enough to play we can use him on the pitch.

I could see him in a coaching role, and I think that would be good for him and us. I agree with the rest of your post though. |

I hardly think we've seen the last of Morrison in a Bulls shirt. Yes he's had a number of injuries, however those injuries are not recurrent. It's not like Les' knees or something like that. This current injury is a bit of a freak occurance if you ask me. It could have easily been Lynch or Burgess and I doubt there'd be many calling for an end to their Bradford careers because of it.
If the club require his overseas spot, then there's not much that can be done to keep him in the squad. However, losing him entirely would be foolish on the club's part. The offer of a coaching role would be a huge benifit to players coming through.
