Nobody knows whether our new dynasty will or will not claw its way up to being a championship winning side. But Crookes, and players like him, in terms of the rate at which and critically the level to which they develop and progress over the next few seasons, hold the keys.
I saw Crookes play a few times wen he was out on loan last season, and he's got bags of potential! I was really looking forward to seeing him getting his chance. Hope he's fit and well soon, and pushing for a place in the team. A bit of youthfull enthusiasm certainly would be handy at the moment!
