To the last death throes, communications remain lamentable, but I now accept that that is just how it is, and 95% of whatever goes on, nobody has any intention of ever telling me.

If the result is that the club goes into oblivion, and if a new entity rises from the ashes, then my proposal for the name of the new entity is Bradford Mushrooms, as clearly we are fated to be kept mostly in the dark, and fed shi=#FFFFFF[size=1.[/sizet.

Ok correction: when its the same press release the YP seem to do more with it. And Coulby may be a smaller fish but I got more from the article than Caisleys. Now it might just be a deliberate strategy to have a small fish go into the he said we said nitty gritty criticism of Hood to ensure that Caisley keeps an aura of gravitas, so still has to be treated with a healthy degree of cynicism.

I'm not sure what is to be gained by anyone making statements to the local rag in Leeds as it's not going to reach much (if any) of the target audience. If it was an attempt to make a case it's always going to fall on stony ground if you don't make it in the right place, it's not as though you can always rely on someone providing a link (to another very limited audience). That said, it's an interesting view on proceedings.

It was ever thus and always will be. The way people bang on about 'being informed' you would think we were always given a line by line run down of all the club's business until recently. We never, ever have been. The directors have always kept their cards very close to their chests - just as they have to, as it's the only way you [ican [/irun a business.

TBH if we were successful nobody would really care much about being informed. I remember it being pretty much the case when I was in BISA between 2001 and 2004. Not many fans gave a monkeys what was going on at the club or how supporters might get a voice because the club was winning on the field.

Similarly if a new backer turns up with a few quid, makes the club safe, keeps the young players and presides over a steady recovery then the calls to be more involved will likely evaporate.

Sick to the back teeth with it mate. I've done my bit and I'll continue to do my bit but the rest of it I have no control over nor do I have a clue who, what, why and when so I've given up caring about it.

I'll continue to turn up, buy programmes, merchandise, drinks raffle tickets etc. and I'll sponsor the fine people doing these great fundraising activities but the board and shareholders well it's deteriorating into farce.

I've no doubt that's probably unfair because a lot of people are probably working their b******* off.

and yet and yet....life just seems to be carrying on; confirming kick offs for games in June, summer 'touch league' to run throughout the summer. Why does everything seem so normal?
