No you have to auto enrol people straight away. I have just set up a business and started employing people.

The employees can opt out but must do it direct to the pension provider.

The thing that gets me is whoever does the payroll adds the pension on and the provider takes a monthly direct debit from you.

The administrative errors aren't good enough. I think an overhaul of the office staff is needed. As Nothus said, this stuff is absolute basic for a company to get right.

The club really need to invest in someone like Michael Carter who will have that backroom running like clockwork.

That article also states that the revised budget was submitted to the RFL yesterday, so maybe those blaming the RFL for you still being in special measures need to direct your anger at Chalmers and Co. why have they only just submitted it despite knowing it was seriously hampering your recruitment and retention for next year?

It is also uncanny that the common theme in all of the clubs administrative errors is that they relate to the club not paying someone who they owe money.

And the club wonder why we are currently in special measures. Incompetent.

Feel for the loyal players who are hanging around waiting for a deal and those players who are under contract but wondering for how long. Really can't blame any player for looking for secure employment elsewhere. The club is embarrassing to be associated with at times.

The players need applauding for standing by the Club and performing for the fans. The supporters themselves deserve better.How many more times are people set to offer a life line only to fall at the first hurdle. Even with a modest, more affordable tenancy, we still need Owners with money behind them to enable a long term rebuild and a stable rebirth.Where is Chalmers and his notice of intent? I’m not sure there is anyone with the cash who is interested. Which is quite remarkable given the potential of a club like Bradford but there we are. Clearly there is a lot going on that we aren’t aware of, whether it proves terminal once again we shall have to wait and see. I’m not up for another season of points deductions and ridicule though, so I really do hope this isn’t the end for me.
