| Lamb was talking a few days ago about the Bulls coming straight back up from the championship. Maybe the possible new owners don't see relegation as a possible scenario but an expected outcome. Clearing the decks of all high earners and keeping the kids is what I would do. Are the Bulls now preparing themselves for the lower league?

Biggest sickner here is the phrase "nominal fee"'"
The effect on the monthly balance sheet could be the biggest gain. The more the club looks sustainable with less investment, the more likely you would find a buyer, I guess.
But I can understand your concern that to lose two props is a real sickener.

| Slightly disappointed the club haven't thanked Scruton for his efforts. Come on guys lets have more Class! The club only have themselves to blame!
Massive blow.

The worrying thing for the Bulls appears to be that he has signed for a one-year deal. That suggests that he views that as more secure than staying at Bulls. No probs about him needing an income to his bills, that's life

| I can't help but feel like..'whatever'. I think I'm becoming numb to the whole situation to be honest. I can only look forward to tomorrow and giving the guys who hopefully take the field our support.
Does this mean we don't have to listen to Wakefield fans moaning on about how unfair it is that our team wasn't stripped apart during previous admins? Hopefully this will go someway to satisfying them.
Can't blame Scruton for looking to secure his short term future, he's more than likely in a better place for the near future at least.

| The silver lining is probably the new structure. Under licensing you could have missed out on the next round of franchising, like Widnes did. Under normal P&R, you'd have to win a grand final. Under the new structure, you only have to be better than one of the super league clubs at the right end of the season, assuming you are the best of the Championship clubs. You would probably operate under bigger crowds than any other championship club. So in reality, it might only count for the first 23 rounds of next year, because there would be every chance you'd be in that middle tier scrap anyway.
There will be a few clubs, including Wakey, who will be in that scrap every year. The reality is that you have a better chance than most of getting back up in that scenario. If Wakey stay up, in the year that we eventually fail in the middle tier, we will struggle to get up again.

The silver lining for 2014 is 2015?
Gee, thanks!

| My theory is Kath Hetherington is now the RFL version of Mrs Moneypenny from [iSuperscrimpers[/i.
She'll be round at Odsal next, think about it...
Oi Gawwy, think of the money Leeds could lose out on if there's no Bradford game? Yeah? She's seemingly miracled enough cash from the Wildcats to buy, buy, buy; let's see what she can do for us... :S

Great that the adminstrator can take time out of his holidays to tout the players about but not to find us a buyer. Just great.

Likewise!
Let me think.... should I go for Blanc de Bank or a Pays Receivieux ?
Perhaps something from Parade Valley or an Entre deux Liquidateaux ?

Leave the Bell Vue whine, early 2014 vintage, it's awfully sour and bitter.

| I'm sat on the couch, having a bottle of Hardys watching the progress of my 3 x £1 football accumalators on Soccer Saturday, nice and peaceful Saturday afternoon, the wife's gone shopping. All 3 bets are looking pretty good at the moment, then all of a sudden I cast my mind back to our friendly against Hull a few week ago.I also thought things were looking pretty good that day as well.Im expecting my accumalators to go the same way in the next half hour

| A one year contract at Wakefield? How does that secure his long term future?
What's going to happen to all these players that Wakefield keep signing if they get relegated at the end of the season?
And how are they all going to get a game? The cynic in me says that Wakefield don't really want or need them all, they just want to weaken us so they stay up. They would never do that would they? Surely not...
I wonder which clubs will be loaning us players when we have none left. I think we can put money on the ones who won't be.
