| It was a definite knock on from George but I think we were fortunate with Koppy's last try too.

said that at game. How we could see it from opposite end of pitch and yet the ref missed it baffled me.

It did look like a double movement I agree.

All I saw from the main stand was George go up and the ball suddenly in the hands of Hyde crossing the line and putting it down.
What really is annoying is that from viewing the replay James Child is stood face on watching it all but doesn't flag or inform Hicks that there's been a knock-on.
Thank God it didn't effect the result.

Some really cringeworthy cowboy production from Sky Sports called Wendyball news but we'll cram all the Super League highlights into a ten minute slot and then get Martin Offiah to pass judgement.

I thought he had an initial two-year deal at Crusaders which was torn up, but I might be wrong. Like I said though, certain sections of the support would have probably kicked up a fuss had he been re-signed, the club's detractors tend to pick up on every little thing so it's probably best he moved on. No doubt the off-season issues with the taxman forced his and the club's hand a bit as well. We'll have to wait and see if it was the right decision but it's looking good so far, although I'm not sure where he would fit once the injured players return?

Although it's all too much with the football. Compared to last season, I think they're getting better for RL coverage to be honest.

In the Crusaders or Bradford side?
Pretty sure he's 1st choice at Bulls. Thought he'd be a good signing when it was announced.

Looked a nice day Mick. There's nothing worse than being there when it's dull, cold and wet, especially in winter. Its like being back in the USSR As far as the crowd goes cant you get about 27k in there when it's full? I was there when the then record crowd of 24k+ was set and there was plenty of space around me in the Leeds end. 12k would look a bit sp wouldnt it.

| Odsal holds 26,019 or something close to that so as you can imagine Johnny even with 13,000 in the ground there is still going to plenty of space to move around.

Aye, even last year when we played you wasnt there only 14k in? The ground had massive spaces in it. Suppose it's better than being crammed into a matchbox like we are at the back of the Southstand. Cant even move sometimes, especially like last week when the Western Terrace was shut.
Were you commentating today btw? Hows it feel not being able to act like a madman when you play well

Yeah I was commentating today mate and I'm not really missing the pre-match drinking as much as I thought I would be (although at £2.50 a pint ), but I do miss being stood on the terrace trying to get the chants going while adding to the atmosphere with a few "Gerrrrrrr em onside Ganson" and some a bit more colourful .
The Bradford vs Leeds gate last year was 13,400 which if going on todays crowd against the Bradford vs Wakefield from last, has seen it rise by 73% so if the trend continues we should be pushing 20k for the big Easter Thursday showdown.
Remember you're welcome to give a Leeds view on things

I had thought it would be between him and Ainscough to miss out when Briggs etc return, and that you'd probably go with Ainscough as Raynor is bound to slow down as injuries and age etc catch up with him. I guess we'll have to wait and see. It's a long, long, long season so it's worth having the cover I suppose. Finigan on the wing looked promising as well last year.

He's fast as well is that Finnegan. I reffed him when he played for Leeds Met and he made a break and left me for dead. Saying that he left everyone else for dead too! Im blaming the rain and a bad Headingley pitch (obviously he found the good parts)
