Donno is no different this year to how he was before injury. The same lightweight plodder that doesnt break a tackle, make a line break or put anybody through a gap. Ive found the claim of him being some kind of prodigy or wonderkid dubious well before his injury.

Donno was outstanding last year before he got injured, and thats not the opinion of just myself - but sorry every other professional to do with rugby league must not know what they are talking about either ??

I don't think he's crap but he needs to develop more of a passing game. It's obvious what he's going to do, straight run forward.

a few facts, ie Donnos stats. 12 played last season, 11 this. metres per carry last season 7 this 5 missed tackles % 6.6% both seasons tackle busts 6 this 10 last more penalties more errors this season. So not as good stats this season as last. his problem is hes neither a Langley nor an Addy type of LF when you compare his stats with them, hes sort of inbetween.

When Peacock was braking through he had few half decent players in front of him.

in 1998 when he was about 20 (One year older than Donaldson) the Bulls had a pretty poor season and finished fifth. So din't buy that argument. the point is Peacock was one of our most successful juniors ever, but it took him time to develop.

Some fans want success instantly. How many threads are they moaning at the juniors we've let go that are playing for other clubs. Now we're starting to develop our own juniors and the same people are moaning their not world beaters are 19.

Donaldson does need to develop some skills in his game. But he's got a fair few years ahead of him to do that.

I'm in agreement. Donaldson is massively over rated by mc McNamara, no one else rates him, he has been poor this season. Minus injuries he wouldn't have had a look in.

and his worse stats this year must be due to that injury, look at how badly Langleys stats have been affected in the games he has played this season compared to last
