Pretty much option 3 but with a faint glimmer of hope that I may be wrong and Cha-Lo have a cunning plan to at least get us onto an even keel within the next couple of years.
Once the plans are revealed I'll decide whether to chuck more money watching our on-going agony or just subscribe to Premier Sports and watch the greatest game as it should be - the NRL.

When I say I'm not saying I won't go an d watch them. I mean I'm trying to get my season ticket money back and the statement that they would honour any season ticket purchases from the previous club filled me with dread as I really don't want one.

It's a bit like being catfished. I set off thinking I'm off on a date with Pamela Anderson but end up meeting a 60 year old man for a coffee.

I am a positive person. So I am positive that we will come out of this, a backs against the wall season. Stay up by a small margin and rebuild (as we have since 2009). However I am also a realistic person due to my degree background in Sport Development and it will be a hell of a long tough slug, fans will dwindle, players won't come at this level.

Medium to long term? Who knows where the club will be in five years time [I was going to add, or who the owners will be, but that just makes me look a miserable sod - so I won't..- well, I certainly don't know where we'll be, but I don't expect to be picking up much silverware in the meantime. Maybe they'll tell us tomorrow exactly when they are going to make an announcement? Or, at least that they'll announce that they have decided when the announcement about making an announcement will be made.

If I were them I'd hang on until the end of the season, then we could find out who won player of the year, at the same time as being told what the squad was.

I'm not a fan. I'm a supporter.

They're not "your team", they are supposedly an entirely new club who just happen to be based in Bradford and play at Odsal. The RFL are relying on folk like you to follow a Bradford club, whatever sh*t they throw at them, to justify their ridiculous decisions. I have supported Northern / Bulls for nearly 50 years but I don't like being taken for granted.
I dearly hope things go well and I can continue to support them, but it's not a given. Though it would leave a big hole in my life I can find other things to do on Sunday afternoons which are cheaper and cause me less grief.

He has clearly made a decision to support the newco and that is his right. The only way it will ever be successful is if the fans get behind it. Fair enough the majority of those will wait until the team is put together and assess from there but fair play to the fan who will support the team no matter what.

It's our money at the end of the day and it's up to us how will you choose to waste it. Some prefer a quick hookers and champagne still death, others a slow death by a thousand cuts a la turning up to the odsal terrace every week

I'll never change my allegiance to another team but if we go into admin 4, I might just call it a day and start watching rugby union

Its not easy being an RL fan, especially one that has gone through what we have in the last few years, but then we did have those "glory" years that will forever live in the memory.
Consider what it is like to be a fan of Hunslet, Dewsbury or Whitehaven, they have little or no chance of experiencing the highs we did a short time ago, I tip my hat to those supporters.
And what of the fans of extinct clubs such as Bramley and Huyton? The followers of these teams were probably lost to the sport altogether.
I am from Bradford and I love RL, whatever happens I will follow a Bradford club that wears Red, Amber, Black....and white.
The game is under pressure from all sides, we diehards need to stick together in the most probably vain hope that all will come right in the end.

Now if England were to win the world cup this year then that would be a real game changer (says with fingers in the ears)....

Agree with you about the likes of being a Batley/Dewsbury etc fan. But consider being a Wakey or Salford fan. So close and yet so far in terms of they will always be treading water just above the Championship! Friendly jibes aside I honestly hope all teams do well for the good of the sport.

See you are joking about England winning the world cup but the depressing thing is there are people at the top end of the game who believe that England winning would be revolutionary and show that the sport is doing well etc. That is complete rubbish. Realistically there are only 3 teams that can win it. NZ and ourselves are evenly matched. So whoever wins plays the Aussies. It's basically a one off game. Our game is still vastly inferior to theirs and we will never catch up. What we need is a complete rethink and a complete makeover in terms of who runs the RFL.
