As was speculated, they are indeed last year's squad numbers. It looks like the club has just got rid of all those who aren't here any more. Presumably it'll all get rearranged and the numbers changed after they're announced (is that tomorrow night?), along with the new boys getting added in there.

Wouldn't be that surprised if it's pretty much already done, and just needs someone to press some form of "change it now" button.

Hasn't Henry received the 22 shirt? I've seen him pictured with this number on his training shirt. I'm pretty sure I've seen Carvell pictured with the number 10 on his training shirt also.

Which suggests that, in his opinion, if we fail to make the the savings deemed "necessary" by the people 'upstairs' it isn't quite the disaster they are suggesting?

Or that savings made so far have reduced 400k deficit on budgets, and remember it was a deficit on projected income rather than a 400k debt now, have reduced amount to a point those upstairs are confident they can make up during the season.
Wonder if the renewed coral stand sponsorship was included in the projected income if it wasnt then thats a potential 75-100k of unbudgeted income towards the deficit, going of amounts they got for sponsorships of other stands.

Well we have a smaller squad than last year as it is.

Pretty fair I guess, and we'll never know just where the individual deals stood when the announcement was made. Franny being so cool about the position does give hope that the current position is sustainable though.

I guess FC has little option but to carry on whatever the situation. The sooner the ownership of the shares is resolved the better, then we can move forward and feel a bit more confident.

Good to see the Uni on board.

The Tigress emailed on Thursday to say Robbie was in the Uni atrium with a couple of sun-tanned blokes. I assumed it was Bullseye & Adey with him. Just goes to show I am not always right.
The Uni was formalised in the 60s so Robbie is a bit out there. Good to see though.

Curious to see where their going to shoehorn uni logo onto front of shirt. Suppose good thing from supporters POV is that all extra sponsorships are being agreed after replica shirts went on sale so it's only players that get all extra badges and fans get a cleaner looking shirt. Good to see extra sponsors coming on board and shows theirs still confidence in the brand.
