BullBuilder will not be going away unless there is no reason for it to exist (i.e. no Bulls or successor). In the circumstances you quote, I suspect that an EGM would be essential, either to decide to change the remit or to wind up and give refunds. Speaking for myself, rather than the Trust, I'd prefer to know what our options were before calling the meeting. Once the circumstances are known, though, I agree that it may be necessary to move quickly.

Reading this thread and others across the board, I would think I am safe in the knowledge that the ever-increasingly-likely return of Caisley would make him about as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit. If he does ride into town on a white charger/asthmatic donkey/Iestyn Harris, would enough supporters from SD and BullBuilder consider the FC United route? Granted, it's a massive ask and a gargantuan task akin to getting your arms around Brendan Hill, but if enough people feel strongly about it, is it something to be considered?

Of course, that would more than likely be the only path to tread should liquidation happen, but it should be a considered option should Caisley be shown up to be the charlatan that he is, and has ridden roughshod over the loyal fans, players and staff to get his grubby paws on what remains.
