I actually really like this, agreed though that the White is a bit plain...,what about trying to tie in (a little) with the pledge and have the type of stars like on the bulls website banner behind the text, but maybe red Amber and black ones? Also like the idea of maybe putting our honours on there too

Can all budding "artists" [iplease [/itake heed of the earlier comment about copyright and the use of images own by third parties . . . . . who may not take kindly to having something they own being banded about on here without there consent.

The last thing I want is for any letters from solicitors (except regular posters on here, of course

) heading the way of RLFANS or having to start deleting peoples efforts because they can't be bothered to gain relevant agreement before having a play.

Don't like the list of 'honours'. For a start, the banner is the banner of RAb - which hasn't won anything - not the Bulls - which haven't won anything for a while, leaving us open to 'living in the past' trolling.

Also - have we given up on the Burgii, seeing as I believe we are sponsoring them again, Russell Crowe permitting?

Considering Mat's earlier post, congratulations on confirming your troll status. We all knew it anyway, but it's nice to have it confirmed for definite.

I put them on as a few people asked for them and I don't want to put more than one image on as I don't want the banner over crowding. if you look at any other professional banner they don't have a mish mash of different images they have one... maybe two at a stretch.

Well, I started work on a minimalist design. Here it is so far:

Space for some faces or whatever under the swirl if thought necessary.

What don't you like about it? It can be done in any one of an infinite variety of ways, and I like this one as it has a sort of steely feel to it, and I like the 3D effect of the words lifting off the page. But I'm happy to have a go at assorted alternative suggestions.

The white space i think should be filled with something, but I'm not yet sure what.

I think I'd go the other way and remove the 3D effects tbh, on the text and the border itself. And I'd also say that I don't really think the white space needs filling.

I prefer the 3d effects.

How about a themed one?

I think FA's is the best so far, and I'd keep it clean, don't be throwing images of players in there just for the sake of filling it up.

Less is more.
