For such a small sport, I find it staggering how keen some other supporters are to see Bradford dumped into the lower leagues. If a review proves that the sport would benefit from seeing the Bulls dropped and another club come up.. then fair enough.

A ' review ' ? , would that be by the same ' reviewer ' that gave an almost bancrupt club a ' B' licence less than 12 months previously?

If the mess your club has created and the damage it has done to the credibility of the sport isnt enough to see you lose your SL place, then our small sport will not be getting any bigger, and nothing any ' lesser ' club could do would make it any worse

Maybe we could have one of you creditors ' review ' you to see where they think you should play? , how many were there? , seven pages of them, 150 grands worth

SPL/DIV 1 etc will miss Rangers far more than SL would miss Bradford.
Nothing personal, but with 'franchising' this was to prevent crusaders/london/bradford situations.

So we just completely ignore the good work that the club did at the start of the SL era? The good news stories that the club did create? A team that participtes in one of the biggest derby games in RL? A team that has been involved in 2 of the 3 highest attendances of this year? A team with one of the strongest supporter base in SL? A team that has proved it can be the very best in SL and on the world stage, despite having no sugar daddy? A team who's supporters were prepared to blindly pledge money for no return other than to try and save the club? A club who's staff worked for no pay such was their passion for the club?

Feel free to add to the list... I'm sure there is plenty that I've missed. Do you truly believe that kicking Bradford out is in the best interest of the game of RL? Or is it just purely for selfish and vindictive reasons?

I think you forget the fact that Scottish Football is far stronger than Super League in terms of financial clout.

Interesting point that, as I was damn sure your BoD told all you supportes that the pledge had passed the £500k mark, however in that article it says "The pledges from fans raised just over £400,000" mmmmmm

TBH, reading the, so called, arguments put forward by certain fans who are calling for Bradford's expulsion from the league I find myself put in mind of a small child throwing a tantrum.

You just know they were rubbing their hands with glee at the thought of the Bulls going out of business, but now that little joy has been snatched from them, they're rolling on the ground screaming and crying about how unfair it all is and how they're not able to enjoy the demise of our club.

You miss the point of my argument, your ' missdemeanour ' either deserves demotion or it doesnt, I couldnt care less, but to suggest that it is possible to somehow compare the Bulls against Leigh,Fax or Fev in an impartial way is just ridiculous, your place in SL was confirmed when the clubs decided it would remain at 14 , any ' contest ' would be pointless

Well there seems to be conflicting arguments going on here. Do you think there is a NL club that currently has more to offer SL than a Newco Bradford or are you just looking to further punish the Bulls by relegating them?

The pledge total included more than just the fans pledges. If you cannot be bothered to find out what they were, I won't waste my time telling you.

1st of all the ' NL s ' ended 4 years ago ( your ignorance shows there ) , the point is you either carry over everything, ( previous history,attendances,all the good stuff and all the bad stuff, 1.5 million debts ) or its a clean slate all over, and everything you put forward is ' speculative '

How you compare to other clubs, be they SL or not should not be the deciding factor of you remaining in SL, you stay or go on your merits or failings, not somebody elses

Well as a NewCo asking for a licence you should only be able to put in a speculative case in, Which was the reason I believe Fax were turned down.
But it seems you want to be able to walk away from debt that your club ran up and then still be able to use attendances from that period as a reason to get a licence.
Like I say you shouldn't be able to have it both ways even though you all seem to think you should.
Also that punishment was meeted out to the OldCo not your NewCo.

I know, not personal....if anything like this should happen again in SL, should be demotion, but how can they if they don't do it to Bradford.. Nevertheless, i DO feel sorry for all YOU fans....all the best for 2013 onwards, whichever league you're in.

It would also be sensible to point out that a large percentage of SL chairmen have come out in support of Bradford staying in SL. Now, these are men who are looking at the business of RL and feel that having Bradford there would be of benefit to them as I doubt their motives are based on something like sentimentality and are more likely based on "what's best for the business of my club"

Sure, Championship club chairmen would want us expelled, but not for any of these "good name of the sport" arguments that have been thrown around. No, they'd want us out of SL so there'd be a chance for their club to take our place at the sport's top table. And again we find ourselves with motives based not on sentimentality but on what is best for them that stand to profit.

I think you'll find the punishment has mostly been meted out to the players and fans, neither of which was responsible for the mess we find ourselves in, but if that's the price, then so be it.

I'm saying that a NewCo shouldn't be allowed to use details of the OldCo as a reason it gets a licence seeing as it was rather quick to dump that OldCo and the debts built up it.
Either pay the old debts or it dies totally.

Details like the number of fans they can expect? I can't speak for anyone else but personally I didn't go to watch OldCo play, I watched the Bulls, irrespective of who owned them. I don't think it's unfair to use historical data as part of a potential franchise bid, do you?

OK paid a rumoured 150k for the Bulls , less than P & A will get paid , and they WILL get their full money , unlike creditors !

OK got the Club for nothing in terms of cash flow for the Bulls , no new money yet. A 'promise' of UP TO 6 million but how much of that is hoped for grants and smoke and mirrors.

I mentioned on here many times that people like OK don't like shelling out any of their own money in large amounts. They never do.

OK will run this as a business and if outgoings v income meet , then he will still have spent 150k only , but you will not be spending at full cap in 2013 in SL as he won't want to spend his own $$$. They never do.

Any ground developments will be him looking to make cash after an initial outlay , like opening and re furbing a new big mega curry house etc

I doubt you will see any 'big' cash and I reckon RFL/SL will let in Leigh/Fax or even Fev for the next 2 years until '14 , giving OK the chance to put his $ where his mouth is in the Championship
