Well LE report in tomorrows paper that Green is hoping to be in court either this week or early next week for a decision re restoration of the 6 pts.

And the RFL have refused to publish the appeal hearings report due to it containing some 'high sensitive information'. They've even declined to publish a summary of it. Bloody frustrating that the fans are still no nearer to finding out just what occurred.

I guess there may be something in that report that makes them look a tad unprofessional.

Probably applying for a temporary injunction to have the points restored until such time as a full hearing can be held.

Wonder what his thoughts were when he saw how enthusiastic his players were to make sure there was some point to any appeal.

Marc Green stated that the Sporting Sanctions Appeals Panel wouldn't even review the Bulls case. We fell at the first hurdle and the reasons behind that failure are now being withheld by the RFL?! Why withhold the information when the appeal was never even heard?

It's a good job the panel was "INDEPENDENT" as the press release said?

Marc Green has said he has no issue with the independence of the panel. It's also implied that the costs are not being borne by the club.
The panel promised a written record of their reasoning behind the rejection. That has obviously been delivered to the RFL and it is that body ( not as far as I can see ,any reluctance from the panel) which has refused/ declined to publish even a summary of the hearing.
Presumably Marc Green (and his lawyers)has a copy and this will form part of his application. Whether this first hearing will allow publication is not known.
The use of the word "sensitive" is intriguing.
