Losing Shenton and Westerman was disappointing - if Rangi left Cas it would be absolutely catastrophic for the club.

In 20 years of watching Cas I've never seen anything like him - the guy is mesmerising and I hate to admit that over the last two seasons almost every game we've won he has been instrumental.

Given a straight choice now, i would love us to sign Chase if possible. Whilst this is pure speculation, so is everyone else mentioned whether it be Pryce, Monaghan or anyone else quoted by so called 'people in the know'.

I would sign Chase tomorrow if he became available. I can imagine few SL clubs that would not, given the chance. Academic though, cos it won't happen.

I think he's a good player. I dont think he's world class though.
