if he could get a french passport then he would be classed as non-fed trained like RER said. But according to link AF put up he isnt eligible for france due to his french parentage being right back at great-grandparent level, so he wouldnt be eligible for a french passport and would be full quota. |

They use the grandparent rule, yes, but when you represent one ry in football then you just cannot change your mind and play for whomever you like.
I believe that the residency rule is more relaxed in Rugby too. |
