Well it isn't an rlfans site-wide requirement (only the "part of the rlfans.com network" is) but I'm not a mod on here so it isn't up to me as to what the mods on this board want on their banner.

That's you. Though I do have some pictures of Waxwing which I took in Ilkley & our road last weekend which I was thinking of putting there. Only trouble is it would look like a bush in the distance with dots in it. That & I'm struggling with photo bucket technology. And I don't know who to put the hex on yet.
