Seems like a decent bloke to me, nowt wrong with a bit of passion. Has a bit of banter aswell.

Not a fan of going mad over every knock on etc but he sure gets his team mates fired up.

I have my reasons for my opinion, which have nothing to do with his actions on a rugby field. And those are reasons I'm never going to go into on here.

Other people may love the guy, that's up to them. I am entitled to think otherwise. Sounds like I may be in the minority with that opinion.

The only reason we are in the same league as fax is cos the RFL couldnt let us drop into Champ1 as it would mess their fixtures up.
So basically fax beat a Champ1 side of young lads with bradford shirts on (plus 1 ageing ex-SL player)
Well done fax, you were the better of the two sides on the day; but beating a champ1 bradford side isnt really that big a deal.
But you should lap it up because you didnt lose - that would have been embarrassing for you.
Like others have said, we'll still have more fans than fax when we're in champ1 next season.

It was nowt to do with fixtures. It was to do with the crowds we take to away grounds and how the majority of the league didn't want to lose out on their Bradford payday.

If we only took the taxi full other teams bring to Odsal when we went on away days, we'd have started this season in league 1 on zero like everyone else.

I think it was more to do with fixtures than anything else. They couldn't promote another team at a few weeks notice as they had prepared their squad to be in League 1 and far too complicated to fast track Toronto at short notice, I would of thought the plans to get away teams to Toronto would of been in place

Am sure Whitehaven were quoted as saying they would happily have taken a Championship spot.

Yep. No one asked them though. For reasons known only to the RFL.

Problem is that there are so many past glories to catch up on how is one supposed to make time for such things. So much to catch up on .... so little time.

We'd mostly be watching any RL we can find on the telly.

However perhaps if you have time, you could teach a little of what you know about mulling over long long past glories. AFAIR you last won something in [size=1501987[/size when you won the Challenge Cup. That would be [size=15030 years[/size.

Since you last won something, we have won the Challenge Cup twice, most recently in 2003, been champions 7 times, most recently 2005, and been World Club Champions 3 times, most recently in 2006.

So I reckon compared to us, you must be the Daniel Lambert of mulling.

Reading that just makes me feel sadder for Bradford fans than I already did. No wonder we keep seeing questions like "Why dont we just go out and sign some forwards?" etc etc. It really is no surprise there still is this big club mentality, ten years from that to this.

I think all this is going on too long now. We are not a big club, for Halifax or Rochdale to beat us now is not a big deal, for us to beat a Batley or a Dewsbury is not a big deal. It's what happens in this league, most teams can beat most teams.

The RFL still seem to think we are a big club. And a few of the SL chairmen. We know that we are not currently "big". Perhaps it's them that need telling?

Past glories and big success and fabulous trail blazing SL years for us.But then, of late, big on debt and sadly big on failure. On the plus side we do have a big ground and more importantly a big fan base who are big on loyalty.We have a re-emerging Academy with big things expected of a few of our young players.So we have all seen the big, the bad and the ugly times, but the Club still has a big and strong heart beat and hopefully the prospects of a bigger and brighter future once we get over our currant big visa problems..What really epitomises our 'bigness' is the way we are overcoming diversity within a game which ,for all, is in decline since those glory years. The challenge couldn't be any bigger than now. COYB

our support is fairly "Big" with a bit of investment we could quite easily be "big"...

So the club isn't big but it seems the fanbase is. Why don't we just rent ourselves out?

Calm down dear you'll get an Ulcer going on like this - Fax Won the Northern Rail Cup in 2012 and the Championship Grand Final in 2010 - but you enjoy mulling over events of over a decade ago have fun

They seem to be celebrating the Good Friday win at Odsal of 2017 like it was the WCC,
