Oh no, its like Sammut all over again. Those who said he had signed earlier, how realiable are your sources? 10 being Chisholm himself, 1 being a man down the pub.

It would be a big disappointment if we now don't sign him especially with Lilley going back and Leon struggling. Smith still has a niggling injury. After building the fans hopes up we could then end up with just Keys.
I am very grateful for the loaned players but we dearly need to start signing a few of our own - and then the odd very good loanee.

Why would we only name 18 players in the squad? Unless we didn't know if Murray was free or not?

I am fully expecting him to sign for someone else, most likely Featherstone and will tear us apart on Monday. As someone just said - we are Bulls fans, get used to disappointment.

Or unless they're waiting on some crossed Ts and dotted Is. If it wasn't actually complete yet but looked like it might be, leave a space in the squad. Much like how Catalans left a space for Gigot last week knowing he MAY win his appeal against his suspension. They only named 18 initially too, then Gigot played.

I cant see him going to Fev as he would likely be a squad player and I cant see Fev wanting to pay that much for a squad player especially as they chose not to have Lilley who is a better player than Chisholm. I would say that is his agent trying to get a better price but you never know.

If he does go to Featherstone, it shows just how much that game there last year really cost us.. and how much the £500k has really pushed them on.
