Well, I can't imagine Tomkins or Eastmond would be going anywhere. For Myler, it seems we'd have to outbid Warrington and I could see it as a potential disaster for both parties if he were to come here and instantly be expected to be the messiah. Ratchford could be good, but I can't see Salford allowing both him and Myler to leave - and I'd prefer a 7 to a 6.

I have a suspicion it will be one of those two. I'd be surprised if it was Brough but there does some to be continued rumours that he isn't happy. But I'm don't know if Brough is a Bulls type signing!

Thorman is perhaps considered the more professional of the two and certainly doesn't have the reputation of being difficult to deal with. However he isn't particularly quick and is a weak defencer.

Brough is by far the better player in terms of on field ability.

theres a lot rumours linking brough to hudds which would surely mean he's taking robinsons place ( with them recently re-signing kev brown and saying they are going to use him at standoff). so robinson could be available. Although I did hear a rumour that the brough to hudds deal has been called off due to a txt msg from brough to nathan brown.

Matty Smith is excellent, and despite injury has been good with a poor team. He was outstanding against Wigan, and went through the Bulls defence line the other week, and is very creative.

canterbury fans on their forum still think millards coming to us and that player stevos on about is ben barba a young half ( which would fit in with all rumours of brough leaving wakey). If we dont get millard then it frees up a quota spot although I'd prefer millard as he looks like exactly the strike we've been missing.

I'd want a pretty quality halfback on the final quota spot if we have missed out on Millard. We probably do need a halfback slightly more urgently than a centre, but I think most Bulls fans were hoping we were about to strengthen both of these area's of the squad.

Hmm. Just watched a video of Barba. It gives no indication of his handling or kicking game, but he certainly has some pace. If Wakefield do poach Millard, I wonder if Barba has the other qualities that would make him a Henderson-like success from nowhere!

Has fallen out of favour there by the looks of things, mainly due to ben roberts having a great season, Barba has been in the Toyota Cup all year, but still young so could make it yet. Very much doubt we will be signing him.
