| Why would Nigel Woods have an interest in the club? Either prolonging it or putting it down?
Or anybody for that matter.
I really don't understand all the alleged scheeming(sp) behind the talk?

No one is glad to hear that you remain undaunted in your challenge of winding people up and stirring the brown stuff.
You keep saying you can’t reveal yourself, but can’t tell us why. That in itself is very revealing.
Being the type of guy who hides in the dark corners of the internet without revealing his real identity isn’t a good look though. Keep doing what you’re doing, it makes it absolutely clear to everyone visiting the forum that you are spouting nonsense.

If true then that’s even worse, but I struggle to understand how it hasn’t come out until now. Players have come and gone in that time - surely they’d have realised when transferring pensions as part of their moves?
I check my pension probably once every few months. That may be above average but you can’t tell me out of a group of blokes not 1 has checked their pension in 3 years?

Spot on 'madas', and as predicted by the Nesteggers - e.g. earlier ref (our 315pm post) to CB alleged bunkum that he (currently a non-owner of our club) was 'hopeful' that the outstanding (pension) monies/ contributions can be paid by Friday 8 November. Do you believe such a half hearted promise?
[uAs for Norfolk's earlier post and we quote[/u - "[iBeing the type of guy who hides in the dark corners of the internet without revealing his real identity isn’t a good look though. As always you are entitled to your opinion, constructive or otherwise, but pl get your facts straight. Your rant should have referenced our group, but hey that's just a detail. In any event, you are wrong, but it will likely take time for you to come to realise that, which in the circumstances and given our elusiveness is understandable.
Regardless, all this back and forth divisiveness gets forum members (and far more importantly our club, players and staff) absolutely nowhere. Time to act like grown ups 'we' thinks.

Surely the players get wage slips? If it’s on the pay slip and hasn’t been paid then this is fraud and hence a criminal matter?
if the Bulls commitments hadn’t been settled in a timely fashion the company would have been on stop and indeed had ccj,s

| The key question here is where the pension money now resides i.e [iwhere[/i has the pension money deducted from salary payments gone?
1. Has it been paid into some other account as 'administrative error' would propose? In other words, it got paid into a different account and can simply now be transferred now across to the pension fund. That would be woeful administration - totally unacceptable, but solvable
2. Or has the money been knowingly diverted into another account and then used for other aspects of funding the business. That looks like fraud to me.
I don't see a third option?

Thank you Roger, and first and foremost let us (and it is 'us'') tell you that we are horrified by what has gone on at the club, and is still going on at the club. We feel for your son, particularly given that he had we understand signed a f/t 3 yr contract in Oct' 2018.
It just so happens that one of the (new) nesteggers has a reasonable handle on certain areas of law.
We presume that your son's been to Cramer, and what he says, at least in respect of your son's contract being fundamentally breached is correct. The technical term is having been constructively dismissed, but has your son been continuously employed at the the club for over 2 years?
Our legal lady hasn't had much dealings with the RFL appeal procedures, but given that as far as we know the club is currently rudderless - apart possibly/ probably from the guiding hand of the puppet master(s) - then it may be that the appeal is never lodged.
Even if an appeal is lodged then a lawyer will likely advice your son that the law is on his side, and a good lawyer, and we mean a good lawyer, should be able to ensure that your son's rights (at least in terms of being a free agent) are ultimately upheld and ideally any losses recovered. Problem re any economic loss however, is that sadly a) your kid is dealing with an insolvent business, and b) he may not have a right to lodge a comprehensive tribunal claim. There may be a statutory entitlement if (or when) the club goes belly up. The above stuff is merely our lady's hunch; without sight of the evidence no meaningful advice or guidance can be offered.
Hopefully, your son won't need to have to resort to the above nonsense. He is a talent and should as a free agent find a club who are more stable than ours and he should blossom. He (and you) can then hopefully, forget about the car crash that is the Bulls. Sadly for others given what we reliably hear about this so called new consortium it may well be a car crash that will continue. However, the damage moving forward may be somewhat mitigated.
If you fancy meeting us (and our 'legal') then that could be arranged Roger; just say, and we can 'reach out' to you. If we can, we would be pleased to help, at no cost to your son, or you.

A ‘group’ or ring, hiding on Internet forums refusing to disclose their true identity?
That sounds even worse to me, but if that’s what you’re going for then ‘we’ can take that into account when making our minds up.
As for acting like grown ups, take your own advice and pack it in with this nonsense when people are already angry with what’s going on.

I appreciate your response, thank you.
One of the reasons I said no last night was this is between my son, his agent and the club. I am only his dad, like a lot of other players dads I know. Rightly or wrongly I don’t want any private conversations, with what’s happened I just feel better not talking behind my sons back. As he always has done, he has spoke to me about every thing this week. Every time something has been said these last few days he’s rang me to talk to me, which I obviously don’t want to change.
I’d still like to know what your role is, it seems that you are nothing to do with the new consortium as you don't think they will improve things, and why are you calling yourself and colleagues nesteggers, I feel there is a reason for that. Any connection to the pension scheme called Nest?
I see you joined this forum on Sunday

Wow! That’s disgusting - presumably they’ve deducted the salary sacrifice from the players’ pay without paying that in along with the employer’s contribution. Otherwise someone would have spotted the take home amount bring different to their wage slips.

| Firstly, I recommend blocking "nestegg". Then you don't see "their" posts. Works well on this forum.
On the pension front, I wonder how far this goes. If the payslips have the deductions on, but that payment hasn't gone into the pension scheme but has instead gone elsewhere, we all know that's bad and hope it's going to be investigated properly. What I'm wondering though is what about the company contribution? Don't the recently introduced pension regulations say that the company has to match a certain percentage of pension contribution? So if the employee's contribution hasn't been put into the pension pot, I assume that means the company's contribution also hasn't been going in? So the number that the fund is missing is actually higher than just the employee's deduction.
I'm happy to be corrected on that, but that's the way I assumed the recent regulations worked.
Either way, this is shocking for the players or any employees that have been affected by it (and their families). I hope they get their money as well as getting justice for any acts that are deemed as deliberate.
(Edit: It appears while I was typing that, Macbull has mentioned a similar point)

If that is the case, and that may still be a big 'if' for the authorities to prove (i.e. fraud) then if there are defendants, or a defendant, charged (presumably they are known, and one may conceivably be out of the country) then without reference to our legal - too late in the day - then this may be of interest to your son, in particular the compensation for victims section. That's if you haven't seen it already:

Above may be way off the mark, but we're just trying to be of some help.
